Kingston11 is some of the best food I’ve ever had. The flavor on every dish is so robust and delicious, and perfectly seasoned. The mac and cheese is THE best mac and cheese you’ll ever have. I also recommend the jerk chicken, sticky wings, and pepper steak. You cannot go wrong with anything you order at this place. The staff is also super friendly. Their Instagram page is fantastic too. Do not listen to any negative comments, they are simply wrong. Thank you Kingston11!

I placed an order on the phone and was told half an hour to one hour. I came here to pick up the order and was rung up at the register. I was under the impression that my platter was ready to pick up. I was left waiting for almost 30 minutes in line while other people came in and did orders in the line and their food was ready before mine. Other customers that did over the phone orders as well came in and were left waiting. When they finally called out my name for the order I was told that I was lucky that it was done because they were originally going to cancel my order because they were “backed up” with other orders. I was told this as if they were doing me a favor. I had already paid for the food so why would it have even been considered as a possibility for cancellation. And to add to the inconvenience, when I got home the food wasn’t even that good. It was very salty. The chicken, the Mac and cheese and the cabbage. All that time waiting for food for it to not even taste good is unacceptable. In the past I have ordered platters and found no issue. That has changed. The food tasting the way it did today combined with the bad customer service has completely turned me off. I will no longer be returning to this establishment.
Super busy!!. Great customer service experience. Good quality foods. Spicy Curry chicken, Oxtails with extra Oxtails and ox gravy, salmon glaze as well as the Jerk Chicken are my favorites. Thee spices are in full effect! I needed fried catfish and chicken ???
I have been coming to this place since it has opened and I am never disappointed. Food portions are more than enough and the taste is amazing. I am here every other week. I drive an hour to get this wonderful food. The owner is always a pleasure to see and the staff works very hard to fulfill the high demand this establishment brings. Blessings to every affiliate of Kingston 11. See you in two weeks (as I'm leaving with my order now, lol)
This was my first time at Kingston 11 the food was very delicious I came from Baltimore me and my sister the ride was well worth it we both was very satisfied we definitely will come again??
I asked for 2 items on the menu and was told "she's not making anymore until the lines go down". Therefore, I settled for something else on the menu only to wait 1 hour to get my food. Another customer beside me said she was in the store over an hour as well. In addition, the customer service was not friendly at all. This was my first and will be my last visit to Kingston 11. I sincerely hope they get a better handle on how to manage their large clientele. The food was definitely not worth the wait either, I've had better.
If I was just reviewing the food.... id give Kingston 6 STARS! But good luck actually getting some food.We have stopped going here because you never know when they'll be open. They have hours listed, but they will open late or not open at all. It's happened to me several times already.If you can get lucky enough to eat here.... its next level good though.
Some of the best food Iv had from an authentic Jamaican cuisine spot ! I got a pepper steak and a oxtail platter. VERY flavorful and has some heat to it ?the young lady in the front was very pleasant, will definitely be coming back ( from DE)
This place is incredible. Some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, made with love. Cannot recommend enough. They sell out because everything is amazing! $20 buys you a pound and a half of food. Kingston 11 will be a philly staple for decades to come.
