Worst KFC I’ve ever had in the nation. Never ever felt the need to warn people of tiny, hard, cold, overcooked chicken. Absolutely over seasoned fries. Cold potatoes. Waited 3-5 mins at the speaker then drove to the window, they said they were out of fried chicken! Then said they had bowls and tender meal. Ordered a bowl receive it, it’s refrigerated with warm gravy and 5 fried pieces of ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I did not get what I paid for I ordered a 3 piece and honestly the smallest portion I have gotten it looked like they gave me a wing and cut it in three pieces & also the mashed potato tasted so bitter like something was off with it I had to throw away the whole thing and the only reason I did not go back was because I did not want to wait in that drive-thru line again
Bad food , I ordered a 3 piece it was old and dry and I ordered a 12 piece of beyond nuggets Hard as hell I mean it was like jerky terrible experience , royal farms will be getting my chicken business from now on
My chicken was greasy and burnt. Tasted like it had been double fried.Wasn't able to eat it, even the cat didn't want it.
I ordered from Grubhub and I waited two hours for my food. Grubhub called me and asked if I received my food yet because the restaurant claimed to have given my food to someone else. Well I never received my food and they said okay. Turns out the restaurant refused to make my food after I waited so long for it and they gave it away to the wrong person. Absolutely horrific customer service and I will not be ordering from there again!
Went to get lunch at the drive through. When I went to order the women on the speaker aggressively yelled that the system was down. I totally understand that things like that happen but the customer service is garbage.
I ordered two large coleslaw..it came to 9.50 . Both were half full...prices go up...quality and quantity decrease...
When I looked at the pic I was trying to figure out which KFC but the only one I went too was in North Philadelphia. Unfortunately the food was bad. I brought it home and when I tasted it there was no taste at all. KFC to me was the best tasting chicken ever. Now I don't know ?. We bought a family size bucket.

The line was sooo long and that in itself wasnt the problem. The problem was the long wouldn't move for at least 10-15 mins between orders. It was ridiculous!! Never again.
