Decent chicken but they won't give me my dang pickles even when I ask multiple times they just plain ignore me they were pretty rude everytime I've gone so I ain't goin back.
I've visited this branch 3 or 4 times and I have promised never to return. The staff is slow and not very helpful. I've experienced ordering a meal online, driving there to collect only to find the outlet closed. Only then did I realize that my order had been cancelled moments before. My last visit (2/18) I got home before realizing that I didn't get what I had ordered!
We found the kfc. Got there and some guy says drive-thru only. At that time there was at least four to five cars so we had to wait. We asked for what we saw online which was a 10-piece with two sides and that was not on the menu. So we had to get the 12 piece with three sides. Got up to the window listening to our background employees working using the n word. I said oh my god. Got home to eat the food the rolls weren't so great the green that green beans were watery seemingly like the day prior. And I give it a two because I should have went to a better neighborhood to find a fresh caring customer service environment.
Always always always has an attitude for no reason. Im a very nice polite person but this or these people act like you bothering then at they job when IT IS your job to help the customer.
After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, I get to window to order and I'm told there is no more chicken and I would have 20 minutes!! Ugh!!I didn't get any chicken tonight
Usually quick fast food drive thru, clean, good service.
Purchased the 2 piece meal, very good. Disappointed that they didn't have the chicken pot pies that I initially wanted. Otherwise great experience. Highly recommend this place.
When we ordered 2 3pc meal, we have to keep constantly explain the guy on the speaker, who was rude and loud and then wanna get smart and talkback. Also they never have any chicken meal of any type, it almost as they never came prepared.
I never write reviews but this place needs to be checked. The last few times I’ve been here they were out of food. My most recent time, I went to the drive thru around 8PM and the employee told me they didn’t have anything cooked at all. He told me it would be a 25 minute wait. Not one singular piece of chicken ? Not one biscuit ? Come On !!!!!??
If I could give a zero star I would. They NEVER have chicken for everyone. No matter what time of the day. I thought that knowing what your customers want & then providing it was the goal of a business. They have FAIL!
