Cold, old fries. Same for the dried out chicken and biscuit. Had a good laugh as the new chicken sandwich commercial claims the only way it is served is hot and fresh to order. Why did my husband's need to be heated after a two minute ride home? It would be great if you used some of the advertising dollars for training. This should be an easy stop. Instead it is easily avoidable. Disappointed but believe management just doesn't care.
Kfc has had many years of success however my experience with the 57th and Baltimore Ave, location was horrific. The woman in the drive through attitude was very bad, her customer service had me on edge. My order was incorrect and i was rushed out of line before i could even check my order. I will not be going to that location anymore and honestly i should of requested a refund. Do not recommend this location.
The female cashier was eating, I mean fingers shiny with saliva!Going seamlessly between stuffing her face and handling orders. Horror story check the tape.
Lazy as ever. Why be open if you don’t want to cook anything? Literally everything sold out? this was at 7pm. You all close at 11… get it together or find another profession. Then again, this location doesn’t surprise me. Its located in one of the worst parts of this city.
The food was ok. I got my chicken sandwich and it was just a piece of chicken in a bun. No sauce, no pickles. I'm glad I asked for a barbecue sauce.
Order two classic chicken sandwiches but was give two pieces of stripes on sandwich and they were cold.
Takes too long in line. Alot of times i have to wait in line in drive thru for 40 mins. The girl that works at the drive thru always has an attitude.
Horrible, is an understatement. I ordered a chicken pot pie, an the most important ingredient chicken was not there. And the sauce was gummy and cold.
While waiting for my food in the drive through, I see some guys arguing across the street. The window opens, they hand me my food which is all wrong then the guys across the street get into a shoot out. I drive off with the wrong food scared for my life. Not safe at all.
