I was told that I had to wait 16mins, chicken wings had just been dropped, I had time, no problem, I was told to waitin the parkinglot..after 20mins I knocked on the door, no response. So I go back in through the drive thru, I'm told 3 more mins..so now I've waited a total of 23mins, then I have to wait 3 more minutes for a grand total of 26mins ... if it's going to be almost 30min let the customer know that and don't lie, oh and they forgot my corn, won't ever be back..that's what I get for going to the hood. ?

After telling the cashier I wanted 4 breast 4 wings and lg Mac n cheese LG mash and gravy , I received the exact opposite all dark greasy tasteless chicken with out my large Mac and cheese . I was in the area and hadn't had kfc in ages and said let's try here , biggest mistake never again wasted 30 for nothing this was at 745 in the evening...so I can understand if they were closing but they should have said no white meat and I definitely would not have ordered.
How INCOMPETENT do you have to be not to READ THE TICKET that tells you EXACTLY WHAT THE ORDER IS!???. I ordered a 3 pc all white meat and got 3pc dark. Then ordered a 3 pc 2 BREAST and A Wing and got 2 WINGS AND A LEG!!! Then you get my sides wrong and I'm missing 2 sides! The management doesn't care. The OWNERS DON'T CARE!! I'm glad I GOT A FULL REFUND!!! You need to OPEN YOUR INSIDE AND SERVE CUSTOMERS WITHOUT CARS because the 30 minute plus wait In the drive thru is UNACCEPTABLE!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!
I've never been here and had a bad experience. Their chicken is always the best.
It was a bad experience I wanted two different orders they wouldn't allow me to order two checks in one car he was very rude so I drove without purchasing I was going to spend over 30 dollars too
Was treated badly by staff in drive thru. Very unprofessional staff. Smart remarks on intercom and attitude totally uncalled for. Last time here.
Overly salty was not edible the chicken seems as though is set there and it was old
Food was hot and my orders were correct! I had tenders my dog had a 2 piece dark.. now he all in my face wanting more.. nawww bro.. that costs too much for snacks.. he loves KFC!
I do not like my experience at KFC every time I go they never have what I want how do you not have chicken breast every time I go they don't have what I want
