Need to hire some cleaners some new employees and it's the only place you still not allowed in you have to walk through a drive-thru and maybe some lights looks kind of dark in there
I always forget why I don't eat at this KFC or the one on 2422 W Passyunk. After dealing with their service, I remember why I avoid both these places like a plague. Bad service and employees will make you wish that you should've kept driving hungry rather than pulling over.
Great service. Very respect. Be careful pulling in and out the street is very close to pedestrians and local traffic
I just stopped by to grab lunch. The door was locked and the employee inside just started at me through the door. Now I remember why I haven't had KFC in over a decade
I always like going to this kfc, but me and my wife stop for some take out. And I ordered two breast and a drum stick, and I got two thighs and a drum stick, after getting the wrong order, the chicken thighs were horrible, who ever cleaned the chicken just wasn't doing there job!!! They didn't clean the thighs at all. They just put the thighs in the flour and deep fried them. When i opened up the chicken thighs was slimy and and the clumpy flour. If i didn't live so far away, i would have taken it back. SAD EXPERIENCE?
The fake nail and lashes girl, always acts like we are bothering her. And you tell her all you need before going to window. And still forgets everything, and gets mad when you ask for it at window. And they always forget something.
Worst KFC I ever been to. They always closed before store hours and noone barely there!! I'm surprised it's still operating these past 5 years (worst than covid 19 first hit). Sad I have to drive nearly 3 miles out my ways to get KFC around 2422 W Passyunk. Whoever is the manager at 5 and Oregon is doing a horrible job..
Left the place because the drive thru person said they're closed. It was like 7:35. And they're supposed to close at 8.
The fact that they charge 24 dollars for 6 pieces of chicken in-raged me not to mention when we ask for 5 pieces they force us to get 6 instead
Gave me the wrong drink and was very rude at the drive thru and forgot to ring up my 2nd side that came with the big box ?
