The food is always unappetizing and incorrectly made, I've ordered at least 10 different chicken sandwiches from there and never had any pickles on my sandwich. Is the cook eating them? I'm not sure myself. When i asked the cashier for pickles on the side i got a scoff and finally some pickles to put on my poor sandwich. Also the fries are always overcooked in what I assume is very old oil since it has a musty smell and flavor every time. The chicken is reheated and chewey. Do yourself a favor and don't order sandwiches or fries from this KFC in particular. Never had a good experience here.
I don't have car so i waited outside for ordered foods, even i waited 20m over they are just don't care about me >:(
Recently order from here through Uber Eats, the worst KFC I ever had literally. The chicken wasn’t even freshly made you can tell it was reheated old chicken it was extremely dry just horrible, I order mash potatoes and gravy and mac & cheese for my sides instead I receive 2 sides of mash potatoes. Just an overall bad experience and I do not recommend anyone ordering from this KFC cause you’ll be wasting your money and ruining your family dinner..
I got dome dinner for the family. The food wasn't too bad. Just had to go back through the drive thru 2x. Because they gave me the wrong side for my meal. But they fixed it with no problem.
Kentucky fried chicken has fell off they serving you food that's been sitting out & they too pass it off like it's fresh as if you can't tell the difference the workers don't have no home training or respect for ppl if you gonna have attitude why work these corporations needs to step in and do what's right as of now I would be patronizing KFC anymore I would cry & back my own chicken ? and make my own mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese ......
I swear that KFC in the city is better than in the burbs.
Only 2 employees so no food was sold. This was about 2 pm on a Friday.
Chicken was old and overcooked. Drinks were not what was supposed to be in the hose. Out of bottled water. Don't pick this location.
My order was missing 1 sandwich, the rolls were old and falling apart, some wet, some hard as a rock. the chicken was minimal and gross. The fried were re-fried and hard. Absolutely one of the worst fast food orders I have ever received. DO NOT GO THERE!!! IF YOU CALL THE STORE YOU GET AN ANSWERING MACHINE.
service was quick, I got what I wanted, and the employees were great. The only thing is that the box at the drive thru is kinda awkwardly placed, so it makes it hard to put money in at the window, but i think this is just a kfc thing, not particular to the location
