Food is Delicious, we celebrate a friend graduation there, Karaoke machines need to get update, and Bathroom need more services.

I've had some great experiences at Kens but actually trying to schedule there is so difficult. The staff is incredibly rude and don't seem to want business. They yell at you over the phone and when you are in the restaurant

Owner definently makes it feel at home, always checked everything was good. Me and my boys come here atleast 1-2 a month.

Bad attitude. Guy on call gave me a whole mouthful after I peacefully try to clear up a misunderstanding.

Very good service very good food I got the prime rib steak and my friend got the octopus everything was good appetizers drinks everything

The best authentic chinese spot in the Philadelphia area. The owner (Ken) always makes you feel at home. The food is incredible. I recommend getting a little bit of everything! The mayonnaise shrimp is my favorite! YUMMY

Eat here at your own risk, I walked in, sat down, they put the menus on the table. I Notice the table clothes weren’t there best but didn’t think to much of it, continued to look in the menu then looked up and seen the guy near the kitchen cough, wiped his nose with his hands and then went to stock the napkins. We got up and walked out.

The food was amazing. The Hot tea was worth the dine in itself. The fried rice was yummy yummy. Everything was fresh and then people were kind and helpful.

Everyone was so attentive. The owner (Ken) took the time to explain the foods on the menu. He also gave us recommendations. The wait staff refilled our soup bowls and drinks throughout the meal. They also gave us napkins when we ran out. We didn't have to ask for anything. The food was exceptional and everyone was super genuine.Baby Oysters and Seaweed SoupJellyfishClams

I love going here for karaoke, and I've made many great memories here throughout the years. That being said, it seems like there might have been some change in management because the customer service is awful. If you try to book a karaoke room, they tell you to call back later - whether that's the week of the event, or even the day before. How am I supposed to plan a large event when I don't even know if I'll get the room until less than 24 hours before the event occurs? The man answering the phone is extremely rude, hangs up the phone as I'm speaking. Unfortunately there are no other BYOB karaoke places so I'm stuck trying to fight with these people for a reservation next time I or an organization I'm part of wants to go out for karaoke. I hope that another BYOB karaoke place opens up soon so I can leave here for good.
