Food was delicious. We ordered delivery and paid for extras on our salad and rice bowl which we did not receive. Disappointing but still great food.
I love just salad salads I have ordered on DoorDash and caviar. I decided to go in today to grab a salad myself. Two of the staff members had probably the worst attitude for such a cherry salad place that I’ve always liked going to. I was told I could take my time and was looking at the new salads and thought that they were certain ingredients in one of them. I did not realize what was in the one salad so I asked for them to make a new one and she gave me attitude. So I then asked to create my own and as I was doing that she kept saying “this id going to be extra” in am way that deterred me from getting extra items in the salad. I just did not have a good experience and was excited to go in and fill my bowl up but felt like I was nothing the two young women asking about things to get the best for my buck. Again, have always had a good experience but I do feel like I was a hindrance and chased out of the store. The funny part it that is wasn’t even busy I was the only person there. 2 o’clock on a Wednesday.
I truly can't say enough GREAT things about this Philadelphia location. I've been wanting to try Just Salad for almost a year because I work in the area, however, I finally tried it this week and had the BEST experience. First, the restaurant itself is spotlessly clean, and all the food items that you select for your salad bowl are so fresh-looking. My server was Ivy and she was BEYOND fabulous! She was so helpful in making suggestions and prepared my salad with the utmost care. And I have to say, it was delicious! In fact, it was so good that I went back a day later and tried another salad bowl (also prepared by Ivy) and it was equally as delicious. I would also like to mention that the entire staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. I will most definitely be eating my lunches there A LOT. So glad I decided to finally try Just Salad. The whole experience was superb. Thank you!

Nice salad barI brought a Cesar Salad the best salad I ever ate. The was clean mask wearing and gloves handling the food and the servers were nice and friendly

Nice, clean restaurant. Lali my salad builder, she was patient and explained many of the dressings and let me sample some. The salad was fresh, a good sized portion for dinner and a good value. I will definitely return.
The employees at this location are consistently incompetent. My order is always wrong or missing an item - without fail. Every. Single. Time. I have now made it a habit to open up my salad and check that it’s correct.This time (one of many incidents), I ordered my salad online and went to pick it up. I got to the store and decided to order a smoothie. Somehow, they interpreted “almond berry blast” as “ avocado blast toast”. I told them I didn’t order toast, and they made me the smoothie instead. Once my salad was ready, I opened it to make sure it was correct, and lo and behold, it was missing the extra chicken. Had to wait again for them to prepare it.TO THE OWNER/MANAGER: I have had countless experiences like this at this location. Why do you hire employees that can’t follow instructions, read an order, or pay attention to details like extra chicken or a side of bread? All they have to do is read the list of ingredients and put them in a bowl. I return for the good food, but I always have to factor in an extra 15-20 minutes to account for the inevitable mistaken order. The trouble is really just not worth it anymore. Such a shame since the salads are good.
