My daughter and I had lunch here for the first time. We didnât know what to expect but the food was so delicious! I had the papaya salad to start. The lime dressing was so good that I picked up my plate and drank the remaining dressing (my daughter laughed). My daughter had the coconut soup and that was fabulous too. I then had the spicy Thai Basil chicken and my daughter had the Garlic Ginger salmon dish. Both were superb. We will definitely be back!
A small neighborhood Thai restaurant, seating tightly spaced but not terrible. Monday night had what I assumed was the owner and a helper in the dining area, they very competently and quietly went about their work. The service was terrific, the food was wonderful, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. Seemed to be a lot of locals which always bodes well. If you enjoy Thai you will love this restaurant.
We ordered Pad Thai and spring rolls. The spring rolls were tiny and not tasty. The Pad Thai tasted very bland and definitely underwhelming. The service was good but wouldn’t return.
Food was excellent and staff were very helpful. Would definitely go back.
Owners are so engaging and accommodating
I highly recommend dining at Jasmine Rice for either lunch or dinner if you are in the Rittenhouse area of center city Philadelphia. The food is fresh and delicious. It tends to be spicy, but you can ask the server to adjust the spiciness depending on your preferences. I will be returning soon because it is one of my favorite venues.
Outstanding and authentic Thai restaurant. Husband in front of house and wife in kitchen made a great meal for a family get together!
