I couldn’t understand anything the woman was saying and vice versa. There need to be people behind the register that can understand your costumers especially when it comes to asking about things pertaining to allergies. We struggled so much to communicate that I was worried she would not fulfill my allergy requests. Then when I got the drink it was disgusting. It’s watery and bland. As I was watching her I don’t even think she put all the ingredients in for the smoothie I wanted. Extremely disappointed. Wish I read the reviews before coming here. Don’t waste your time or money here.
I almost missed my flight because the lady would take 20 minutes for each persons order. I had to leave to catch my flight and paid for nothing. No drinks , and want a refund.
Been craving Jamba since I landed in Philly. But no one was attending the kiosk when we got there for departure. Very disappointed. I'm pregnant and was deeply craving it, now baby will be sad on the plane.
I’m currently at Jamba Juice and it is 5:25 I was in line for two smoothies sent a pic of the menu to my wife for her to choose a smoothie keep in mind it was only one person in front of me 5:29 the staff person told me she was closed after standing there for four minutes how unprofessional if I could give a negative star I would

I'm giving this specific location 1 stars only because the workers are nice but the smoothie quality was horrible and deserves no stars. My smoothie had this funny after taste, like it was made with dirty dish water. They offer to make it over because they notice that I wasn't happy, only for it to taste the same exact way.

Probable food poisoning yesterday early am Greens with Ginger. I had to be removed from flight. Travel plans upended. Beware of cross-contaminated fresh ingredients
