I waited here for an hour trying to get service between 7 and 8 with no one running the stand , the employees came back at 8:10 declared they closed at 8 and gave me nothing.
Very unmature employee, customer waiting in line for 15 mins, then they decide their are closing. Time was 6:40 and supposedly closing at 7. They should have address the people in line already waiting to not allow anymore customers behind them. Very unprofessional, very disappointed in their service. 8-1-21
Such a terrible place with rude employees! Smoothies doesnt taste anywhere close to their authentic taste...trying this place spoils original jamba juices experience
This place is terrible the employees are rude and lazy, they used to make everything fresh, now they just throw things together, they are completely content with providing bs service
Super slow, 1 person working, ran out of sandwiches and they were still frozen when we went to eat them. Horrible service.
As I was exiting the Philadelphia International Airport I looked over to my left and started reading their menu. I decided to get the Caribbean Passion with Daily Vitamin & Zinc and I am so glad I did! This drink was DELICIOUS!! I will be buying another one when I return back to the airport to go home.

Waited 5 minutes for the woman to come to the front then 5 more for her to log into the cash register then after I paid I was told they were out of mango for my mega mango smoothie but they would use pineapple and would not let me cancel the order for a refund
What a terrible experience. Apathetic and clueless staff who are happy to have customers walk away out of frustration. After twenty minutes of waiting to order (3 customers before me) and watching the lone employee text on her phone, she told me my card didn’t work. Mind you, she also told that to the two customers before me. Sure enough, when I went elsewhere, my cars worked just fine. Complete incompetence.
Tried to rip me off. Ordered an "aloha pineapple" smoothie for 7.55 plus tax
