Messed up my whole appetite I usually always get this same order and for the first time they put a bunch of oil in my Alfredo. I had to take the food out and put it in a bowl & it still was oil on top of the food after taking it out… that’s how much oil it was
Food is good, but too expensive. And if you have a problem forget about it. Ordered food and was charged but never received it. I called and they said it was on the way, but then they closed and I was SOL. Another time my order was messed up and I was missing a couple items. Spent over $100 on that order and the manager/owner couldn't care less. Both times I got the run around and never received a refund for either of THEIR screw ups. Check your order before paying AND NEVER pay with your card or you'll be SOL also. Oh, and after ordering certain products a few times, they will change the price on you.
I'm so disappointed to have to give them a not great review. Their food used to be so good. Went back for the first time in years and the shrimp were rubber, the lump crab bake was mush with shell pieces. And the cashier got my order wrong. Unfortunately I don't see me going there again.
I ordered late Thursday night and picked up my food about 10:45pm. By the time I got home it was after 11pm. I ordered salmon and scallop Alfredo. As soon as I opened it it was a heavy fish smell but I thought to myself ok it’s seafood so I proceeded to attempt to eat it. The salmon was awful. Smelled bad and also taste like the fish was bad. I did call the store and I was told that there’s nothing they can do because I had not saved the bad food and returned it. He said thanks for the feedback. I think this is extremely rude and inconsiderate on a meal that was $32. If the store was still open when I figured out that the food was bad I would have just returned it that night but since it was already closed I couldn’t. Wish they respected the customers opinion more.
I ordered shrimp salad it had a twang to it like it was going bad. The chicken wings were ok and the fries was ok no one asked them to put pepper on my fries. The cole slaw was ok but it hurt my stomach. I will never go there again. A wasted 34.00 dollars
The food was good but the jumbo shrimp is small and crusty otherwise it hit the spot
Absolutely love this restaurant delivery is fast I can place my order online pay and add my tip the food is absolutely delicious and they never skimp on the portions love it !!!
I have never had an issue with ordering from here before. I ordered salami n and shrimp Alfredo 2 days n a row and the second day the food had a spoiled taste. I was told it wasn’t the salmon it could be the cheese n that i’m the only customer that made a complaint! And u said that to say what?? I found that to be very rude and this came from the owner/manager.. I wasted $21 no worries !!! They will no longer have me as a customer!
I ordered the whiting fish platter and the fish was tough and tasted old, the coleslaw tasted funny. After eating my stomach became upset and I started vomiting ?. My niece burger was burnt. I’m don’t think I’ll ever be back. I don’t play about my health. Must do better.
I love they food! I go here often actually. but customer service is always lacking, The lady at front counter has been this way with me several different occasions even if you are not the most pleasant you should always maintain professionalism the lady at the front sounded irritable an was passive aggressive so I became a little overly polite hoping she picked up on my sarcasm an when I said “thank you have a good day she rolled her eyes like what the heck lol but cherry on top a well dressed man came in when I went in for pick up an she had a totally different demeanor
