These cookies are great! I've been to several locations and they are consistently tasty and fresh.
We had a ball for my birthday celebration in the cookie lab. The specialty cookies were delicious ?
Over rated…. Ordered 2 pints of ice cream and 2 cookies, cost almost 40 bucks.The pints aren’t even filled……….. disappointing , never again.
Just awesome! Always amazing,always fresh and really nice team members make coming here a treat.Note there is not much in terms of seats,but pretzel park is right behind the store so you have a great place to relax and enjoy your treat.
The delivery service for Insomnia is awful. I ordered tonight at 8:50pm, and was told that it would be between 20-30 minutes (as I live 8 mins away). It didn’t arrive until over an hour later at 10:10pm. When it did arrive, no one knocked or rang the doorbell, just left it out on the porch in the cold. Thankfully, I have a Ring doorbell so got the notification. I assume the cookies were sitting out for awhile prior to delivery, because they were cold by the time they arrived. Just overall an awful experience.
Got to this store 12:03am only remember cause the worker reminded me I was 3 mins late to make any type of order. She said they close at 12 on Sunday; according to Google it closes at 1am. First and only suggestion was to “call corporate and complain about the store hours” there were no cookies available whatsoever after only 3 mins of closing. 3 stores later Lancaster ave in Bryn Mawr took care Of me and my sugar rush. I get that the store was closed according to the blonde but if I’m showing you what online says I feel as though you should work with the customer no matter what! Only 3 minutes late not 10! If zero was a option most defiantly☹️
Placed my order at 12:30 online. I called five minutes later because I noticed an error in my address. The clerk informed me that my order would be sent to the correct address. I then received an email at 12:47 saying my order was refunded. Unsure why I was receiving a refund, I called back and a customer service line picked up. The agent informed me that the bakery contacted me to inform me that they were out of an item and cancelled my order. I was never contacted by the bakery in reference to my order via phone or email and the worst part is that the agent said the bakery closes at 1:00. Poor communication and customer service
If I could give Insomnia Cookies a zero I would. A friend and I got to Insomnia Cookies at 9:12pm when it closes at 1 am. As soon as we entered, the staff there said in a very rude tone that she would not serve us because she no longer was taking in person orders. That wouldn’t have been an issue if she would have been nice to us, or that the website would have indicated that they weren’t taking in person orders anymore. The customer service here is horrible. I do not recommend this establishment.
waited 3 hours and order never came. could not reach the store. i had grubhub csll and twice they told me its on its way, then marked as delivered. at 11pm. i placed my order at 7:15
