The cookies they make here are really good, and since this store is open pretty late it definitely makes stopping by way more convenient
Warm, Soft and addictive!I love these cookies and actually ordered twice from this location during my stay in Philly.No complaints. Cookies were always delivered well before the time window. I plan on ordering while I'm back home in Michigan!
We envisioned something special but instead found they were just standard cookies. If you want a better cookie, visit Shoprite or BJ’s or almost any other bakery that makes cookies. Sorry—we wanted to like them more.
Everytime I come here the cookies don’t taste good like they’re missing flavor. It seems like they’re not following the recipe because I don’t have those issues anywhere else
Great cookies but never enough cookies....2 different locations on 2 different times and they ran out of cookies or either service was down....How does insomnia cookies run out or don’t have cookies?!?
Cookies are made fresh. Nice and warm out of the oven. They also have ice cream and brownies. A must when you travel to Philly.
To be honest they are just ok when compared to the many cookie places around today. 4 hot cookies in a cardboard box didn't really work out well for us. They fell apart immediately. Taste was just ok and nothing special I would crave. Service was quick
This location is really small. Can only fit about 5 customers at a time. Fantastic cookies, ice cream, and brownies.
Terrible delivery experience. It never got there after 2 and a half hours of waiting then we were only offered a 50 percent off coupon for our trouble? Very shady way of doing business.
Don’t usually write reviews, but this was awful. Waited hours for 4 simple cookies. Never delivered. Called and they gave me the run around saying “we are short a driver” “10-15 more minutes”. After that waited another half hour and still not delivered, at this point the store is closed. Not clear on how to get a refund, I’m sure Insomnia’s customer service is horrible too…
