In the airport you cant expect alot of bang for your buck but i spent about 20 total for these nachos nd an orange cream sode. Wasnt terrible jus wasnt alot but how do you mess up nachos anyway. Could be a lil bigger tho
Terrible experience. Got off our flight and wanted to enjoy some lunch. Ordered on the tablet and had to pay before getting any drinks or food. Ordered wings as an app and got a cheesesteak for a main meal. (Tip is included and there is no real service) Both plates came at the same time, AND I saw the cheesesteak sitting in the window for at least 10 mins before it came to the table. The cheesesteak was sent back and we could hear the cooks complaining about the situation, even though the cheesesteak wasn’t supposed to come out with the wings anyways! Also, the manager was sitting on her phone at the bar. Knowing that our meal was messed up, you would think she would come over to make sure everything was okay. Nope!
Lovely service with a smile. Quick to order on the tablet. Contactless purchase. Everyone working was masked. Safe, clean and friendly.
Extremely unsanitary practices by food prep staff!! While in the airport, we were looking for restaurants close to our gate and decided to try this place. We sat at the high top counters where you can see the kitchen and staff working. We ordered the grilled chicken sandwich w/ fries and sliders w/ fries… fries were extremely cold and chicken sandwich was dry, however the purpose of this review is to address the practices in the kitchen. There’s a counter that they use to cut up finished sandwiches before plating to send to customers. The one guy was wiping this counter down with a rag that was used to wipe everything else down (the grill station, and other counters where food was not being prepared). I also witnessed a guy grab handfuls of RAW chicken wings to throw into the fryer (with gloves on), and then continued to cut sandwiches ready to be sent to customers with those same gloves on! Their food was likely contaminated since he did not change his gloves! After plating the food, he proceeded to use that same rag to wipe the area down (still with the contaminated gloves!) I witnessed this when I was basically done my food and just left. Would not recommend unless you’re trying to contract E. coli with their filthy food handling practices. This place needs a food inspection ASAP.
Absolutely terrible, I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.I wanted to create my own burger and I noticed there was no option to remove tomatoes or lettuce, so to make sure that there was none on it to begin with I asked the waitress who told us that it didn’t start with anything on it. That was a lie. All I added was bacon yet the burger still had the lettuce and tomatoes that I told weren’t on it!When I then asked for a replacement burger I asked for it to be cooked well done. Everything came out looking good, and then when I had my first bite, I discovered that it was cooked to medium rare!!Needless to say I was extremely disappointed in the food, I ended up leaving hungrier than I was entering, and my time was wasted as well because once I left no where else was open for food, so if I never went there I wouldn’t have been hungry for my upcoming flight!
The steak was great and the service was quick. Deducting a star because I asked for water which was never received. I’d go here again.
I'll start with what everyone else has said... the prices are high. But what you get in return for those exorbitant prices is to watch airplanes landing and taking off in a comfortable setting with very good service. The food is ok. I'd expect better outside the airport, but it's decent as airport food goes. I had a cheesesteak and it wasn't bad. Actually, the fries that came with it were terrific... a pleasant surprise. So for the convenience of this place and the novelty of their on-screen ordering, I think they're worth a try. Just go knowing that you'll pay a price for the location.
Wings tasted old, fries were dry, margarita comes in a kids size, asked for medium cook got a well over done meal, In general big mistake while they still charge price of a decent steakhouse $100 tab and all the food was left behind
The food was in good. Delivered fast. Good service.I had the cheese steak with extra meat. It was wonderful. Chicken wings were good. My wife did not care for the onion rings.
My wife and I were waiting for our connecting flight, so we made the mistake of stopping here for a couple Bloody Mary's. We ordered a total of two, one each. The total was $41.60. I expect to pay more at an airport but this is ridiculous, and they were absolutely horrible. We left here and stopped at another airport bar. The same drink was $8.00 each and they were delicious.
