I don't believe in giving servers a hard time however; Marie was the worst server I've ever encountered and prompted me to both speak to the manager and leave this warning. Initially, she only seemed impatient and rushed but by the end of our experience, that changed to poor service via an incredibly nasty attitude. It began with me asking to swap my refill option with another after being served a flat soda. She never offered us refills throughout the time we were there so before leaving we requested some. I asked her for the swap to which she replied that I'd be charged extra. I asked her was there a reason she didn't mention that much earlier. She replied, "I figured you should have already known that". That was #1 a trash response but also incorrect per their policy. So I asked to speak to her manager. She rushes off, changes the receipt to drop the charge, then tells me "I already talked to my manager but you can still talk to him if you want." I informed her, "It's not about the money; it's about your disposition." She scoffed and rushed off again like a 3-year-old. When speaking to the manager, he pretty much said she was new.
Would have been a better experience if I didn't have dried lipstick stain on my cup. They forgot the orange juice in the order. We were missing 1 spoon & the table wasn't wiped good enough, there were some sticky spots. And we didn't have creamer for the coffee even after the brought us the coffee, lol. But, they only had one server & she was gracious, witty, engaging, & tried the best she could. In fact she was the saving grace. Wish I had gotten her name.

I gave 3 stars for Eugene, the greeter. My waitress was slow and I had to ask her at least three times to get napkins, refills and paying my tab. I understand she was pregnant but her service was poor. I had to constantly call him over to help me.
I changed from five stares to one. The food used to be good here. But recently I stopped in for something to eat. After I ate and was on my way home. I had a server case of diarrhea. It could have been caused by the water or something else. My sugar level rose to 330. If anyone else has this problem please report it here or to the manager of I hop. It could be only one case or many. But it will not be known unless you report it.
My girlfriend wanted some ihop for our anniversary this morning. We were told it was going to be a 20min wait which was fine so we waited patiently outside. After 20 min we never received a call or text so we went inside to see what was going on and then they told us it was going to be an hour wait. Very unprofessional easy to say I will never come to this ihop again.
The waitress only made my day when i went the food was great definitely will make this spot a regular place to go for breakfast
The cook messed up my order and then had an attitude when it was sent back. He was very rude, loudly talking where I could hear him. No work ethics at all. I went to the kitchen and let him know that my food wasn't correct. I had to ask for the manager, as she was a witness to his ignorance. That was my last time at this IHOP!
Ordered takeout .. one pancake, it wasn't bad but I had to wait almost 10 minutes until someone came and gave me my food
