First time at IHOP. Cold coffee pancakes had no flavor sausage was burnt ham was cold eggs also. I'm not a picky eater but the money spend on two people could have been put to much better use. No IHOP for me.
My waitress was awesome and great! Had a very filling and satisfied lunch. Arrived and got seated right away. All staffs have mask on, but some are not wearing them too properly. Will return back to this ihop location.
My experience at ihop is usually okay. Today, however, was less than satisfactory. It was crowded for late breakfast, but the wait wasn’t horrible. The food was alright. The Swedish crepes were way too syrupy but the sausage and bacon made up for it. I was extremely unhappy with the quality of the service. Our server was very impolite when divvying out our drinks and food. When I say divvying out, I don’t mean that she actually divvied out anything. Instead, she decided to place every single drink and food in front of my spot. Before she even did that, she set the entire tray of drinks on the table by pushing my sunglasses out of the way… If she asked nicely, I would’ve just moved them. My actual plate of food had syrup all over the bottom, creating a huge mess. The service ruined my experience there. I wish she was wearing a name tag so I can warn all of you about this specific person. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
Had brunch here with my former neighbor. To exemplify their hospitable ways, my neighbor had to take a call outside just as they serve our order.Unbeknownst to me, they took here order. I asked them what happened to here order?"We're keeping it warm in separate oven"Note: That's w/o asking.
Nice meal. Poor customer service as in almost all American stores. It's very rare for me to give 5 stars to an American company because they really don't prioritize, for the most part, good customer services.
They were crowded on a Sunday early afternoon. Approximately a twenty-five minute wait and yet it was worth it! Our waitress was lovely! Our food was hot and delicious! ? This will be my spot from now on when I want IHOP.
I have never experienced such horrible service. Came in and got seated to never have a waiter/waitress come to our table. 10 minutes we sat and waited. I watched guest come in after us and have someone come to them immediately to at least take a drink order. So we walked out and had someone say “have a nice day.” How can you be so blind to not notice that you just sat us. You need to have more awareness of your customers and when you sit them make sure there is an actual server assigned to the table you sat them at. I’ll never step foot in an IHOP again.
We decided to go try IHOP it had been sometime since we were there to eat. Let me just say it was still amazing ? they stay true to what made them famous ? excellent

We had pancakes and they were very good.
