Nice and cozy little place. Bread is amazing but coffee is a little disappointed me.
I just moved to the neighborhood and High Point Cafe is the highlight!! The coffee is amazing, the pastries and crepes are delicious. You can tell everything is truly homemade. The people are so nice! Both locations are awesome.

Nice options for drinks. Gets a little crazy when school gets out across the street but they did a good job handling the increased flood of people

Nothing against the food, coffee or staff, just one very erksome rule: they have a policy of serving everyone in the order in which they order. This sounds very fair and good in principal, but in practice it amounts to waiting outside for 20 minutes on a sub-freezing Sunday morning while they prepare everyone-in-front-of-you's crepes, and for only a small drip coffee that took all but 20 seconds to pour.
It’s pretty rare to see a single coffee shop become the life blood of a community. High point is it though! Come to the coffee shop on a weekend morning and you will see a thriving community that supports its local coffee shop. The espresso drinks are great. I especially like all of the in-house flavors you can add such as cardamom. The baked good are all amazing as well. Really like the coffee cake as a general go to. The drip coffee itself seems to be polarizing, people love it or hate it. Funny for a store that roasts its own, but everything else here is great.
I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, but I just had the quiche for the first time, and it is absolutely amazing! This is going to be my new favorite!
