Disappointed in costumer service. We were taking the train this morning and arrive 20 mins early to grab coffee and pastry. The cashier states 5 minutes, and it was over 10 minutes.... Never received coffee or pastries because the train came and had to jump on. We called highpoint and they stated it was wasted product. You still have the pastries...... And black coffee I'm sure you'll hand to the next customer. They stated they couldn't refund us and did not apologies. They blamed us. Just be honest about the wait time to not inconvenience others.
