This was our first time eating here, wanted to try something different for my birthday and I did not regret it. My children are already planning on coming back for their birthday, lol.
Very disappointed in the food and the service. The buns on all of the burgers were stale and the steak was tough and overcooked. Food came out cold. Server refilled our drinks one time after 45 minutes of us trying to find him. Just a very poor choice of dining.
I love stopping here to eat when I'm downtown with my boys. It wasn't crowded at all Dwayne our server was friendly and quick. Food is always delicious. Was greeted upon entering and told to enjoy our evening on the way out. We will always go back.

The server was trying so hard to get the other employees to do their job and apologized profusely for the long wait. Our food came before our bar drinks even arrived. The hostess was rude and very unfriendly.
Stopped by to get some drinks in our exploring of Philly. The drinks are classic and are good. The bartender was approachable and modified my drinks easily but I found the drinks a little too sweet for my liking. The people who were providing service were very friendly and the bathroom was very clean. In comparison to other Hard Rock Cafe locations this one is a little dated and needs some updating overall it’s your typical Hard Rock Cafe.
Flew into Philadelphia for a conference, the Hard Rock is just around the corner from the Marriott. I had the Nacho burger with guacamole (must have) and 2 Summer Crush beers. Perfect place to satiate my hunger and relax from traveling all morning. Service is excellent: Brooke the bartender, front of the house, and wait staff. The Hard Rock music video selections...will take you way back. I really enjoyed dining here!
Food wasn’t great and hardly any vegetarian selections.
This restaurant is old and dirty.
It was a last minute reservation so I was happy they had openings! The staff was very nice and welcoming! The food was good and reasonable priced for Center City. My only compliant is that I waited for almost an hour for my food.
