Woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and had an attitude. I had a ham scheduled for pickup on 11/22, but it wasn't untill I called on 11/23 that they informed me. They never gave me a heads up about any delays of deliveries until i called. The boss couldn't give an explanation as to why they could not inform the customer about any delays.
Visited on Sunday and picked up some fresh chicken. Thighs, wings, chicken tenders and legs. Customer service was great! Chicken products fresh and clean.

This is hands down the best butcher in the City of Philadelphia! I send an order over for 5 households every month and they get the order on point every single time! Delivery is always on point and the prices rock! The owner Robert Passio takes pride in his work and his staff is kind, friendly and helpful! There is no other place I will buy my meat! It is always fresh and the results are amazing after cooking! Thank you for all of your help every month! We love you❤️
