Last night the pizza sauce tasted like a whole lot of sugar was dumped in! So disappointed but still finished it all

Thank you to the Gearo's staff who opened up their restaurant to my family..we were welcomed with a wonderful staff who helped my family after a very difficult day..we all went there after saying goodbye to my father and we had a wonderful time talking and eating and just being together and feeling very comfortable...I loved the service we were giving and the staff that made it all happen...thank you all again for everything....this was on June 30th...?❤?
The food is good, freshly made and the portions generous. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The attitude was such a turn off. The man taking the order was so rude rushing me off and I asked him a few questions and he was so condescending and was annoyed with me and said well you don’t have a menu. Nooo I don’t have a menu I googled you smh … Than I had to pay with my card he pass me on to a girl and took my payment and i asked for a breakdown and she keep telling me the total. I said no break down meaning price on each item, her tone was very unpleasant and soon as I gave her my card number she says, “just wait to see if it goes through “ Like whatttt excuse me … why even say that just process it. Smh If it got to that point than you entitled to say a comment otherwise why you assuming my card will decline. F that!It’s a shame I lived in the neighborhood for two years and I decided to give them a chance.. I should have cancelled the order because food was nasty also. The whole experience was horrible.
The food was good and the service was very good. They have good pizzas and Philly cheesesteaks.
Me and my family visited this restaurant/bar tonight and first off the wait for our food was extremely long. The soup came out with our meal. They put cheader cheese in the cream of broccoli soup which was a terrible idea. They couldn't even make a proper grill cheese. It was basically cold cheese on toast. However the cheese steak panini was good and so was the chicken alfredo, but all and all it was a terrible dining experience.
Always a great experience. Menu has plenty of options, drinks are always cold, and the pizza and buffalo shrimp are a must try.
I've been going here since I was a child and will continue as long as they're open. My favorite pizza place. No other place has fried mozzarella like gearos. None.
Love this place now, highly recommend!!! Our waitress was very attentive and overall the atmosphere is great here!
