Easy to order on kiosk. Good customer service. Food tastes super great , drinks super delicious . Will be coming back. For sure. Keep up the great work.
My first time ordered the meals and makes me feel better. Power protein source with low sodium and calories to keep me losing weight to burn.
The smoothies are solid but every visit is a 20 minute wait. It should not take this long for a smoothie. The store is empty every time I visit so it’s not like there is a long line. The staff make it clear they don’t want to be there. You can literally hear them dragging their feet as they walk (so slow) and they look absolutely miserable. Half the time they are in the break room.Two stars because the smoothies are pretty good. Based on the other reviews, I am not risking trying anything else on their menu. They need to do better. People will go to Starbucks or any other juice spot downtown and they will be out of business.Update: they replied to my review instantly and recommended to order online if I am in a rush. So my girlfriend did that today and they gave her order to someone else, even though she arrived within minutes of receiving a text saying the order was ready. It’s like they enjoy giving people a bad experience. Pure incompetence and zero effort. Now they get one star.
I ordered a tomato basil mozzarella on grilled ciabatta (I know what it’s supposed to look like) and instead I received… my side salad sandwiched between 2 slices of non-grilled, soggy pieces of bread with some sort of yellow dressing?See the 3rd photo for my partner’s order …. A “Turkey” sandwich which is basically side salad sandwich #2 with questionable pieces of “Turkey.”I called to let them know that one of their employees is in the kitchen making some wild decisions, and was told all they could do is..... make another sandwich, if I could get someone to pick it up. I'm good!I'm aware many places are understaffed and try to be understanding but the disappointment of receiving this after a 12-hour work day is just :'(
I don't see myself ordering or visiting this restaurant anytime soon. I have been a customer for quite some time and over this past year, the restaurant has become chaotic. The manager would always be in a bad mood and half of the staff just seem like none of them knows what they are doing.Recently, I have ordered from the restaurant and ordered the Deconstructed Guac salad and I added chicken to it. Long and behold once I got my order, there was no chicken. This isn't the first time this happened because this was the 4th time this happened. This was the last straw for me.I went to the restaurant and asked for a refund. Thankfully it looks like they have a new manager who was sweet so it was great that I didn't get the grouchy manager. Her justification was "I am sorry we have new staff people" but promised me they will double check next time. I can't tell you how frustrated I got when she said that. This is sad because I love Fuel but it seems that the Center City restaurant needs new staff that knows how to actually RUN one.
I just absolutely love this place. Everything from the smoothies, rice bowls, salads and sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients and are absolutely delicious 😋. And the customer service is phenomenal. They really go out of there way to make sure that you are happy and satisfied. I definitely recommend that everyone comes and try's Fuel out for themselves. Thank you Fuel. You guys rock.
Very under staffed. Would have given only one star but the staff that was working, was working very hard. The salad I had was definitely not worthy of the wait.
I've had some decent food at Fuel in the past, but the Roasted Turkey sandwich I got tonight was just gross. The oven roasted thick-cut turkey was grossly thick, spongy deli turkey. I took a few bites, took off the turkey, and finished the bread, tomato, and pesto (which also didn't have much flavor). One star sandwich, two star review based on past experiences. I won't be going back.
Brought a strawberry banana smoothie with almond milk and I must say that smoothie was disgusting. A waste of 6.21… it taste just like almond milk. No hint of sweetness from the fruit.
Had to wait 30 minutes for a smoothie with only one order before be. Tastes good but won’t be back if it’s that disorganized
