Great service, food was amazing, portion were excellent. Had a few cocktails and beers very good. Definitely recommend and will return.

Went here for a birthday, the environment was very cozy and inviting. The hostess was the waiter and bartender it seemed: maybe just because it was a slow night, but she was attentive, bubbly, excited and energetic. She had good drink recommendations and the food was nothing short of phenomenal: highly recommend the Pecan-Crusted Catfish. The fried chicken platter was incredibly crisp and flavorful: the sauce it came with was strangely tasteless but spicy, so we just ignored it. The Gritty Grits were the star: definitely the best grits I've ever had. My only regret is that my stomach isn't bigger.

Always amazing food and live music was very appropriate and an acceptable level to still dine and talk. One of the essential dining experiences in Philadelphia!!

Great Brunch Spot! Service was excellent (loved our waitress everything she suggested was delicious!) Food was exactly right (that fried chicken and waffles was perfection) Drinks (I had a Bloody Mary which was zesty not spicy, again for me was perfection and some sort of homemade berry lemonade with vodka) I'd highly recommend this place and I'll be back myself ?

Great service, delicious food!

I read reviews and wanted to check it out for myself. I asked the waitress what she recommended and depending on the mood I was in, I went with the chicken and waffles. As you can see, the chicken was a tad overcooked for me, but overall I enjoyed my meal. The iced tea was just right! And for dessert I tried the banana pudding. Delicious! The highlight here was the service! I will definitely come here again!

I love Flannel. I eat brunch there alot and I love their dinners. Being on a perpetual diet, this is my got to "cheat night"! If you haven't already, try it! Especially the Mac n Cheese and fried chicken - AWESOME.

Great food

Unfortunately this was second time at flannel and it did not live up to its billing. Cornbread that was dry, burnt and no flavor. The Brussel sprouts was not evenly cooked it was over cooked and mushy with some evenly cooked pieces. The Korean bbq shrimp and grits were greasy with no flavor. By the way they ran out of chicken wings. The lemonade was cold. I would ask for my money back if o could. I had to drive to NJ today to get wings.

The service was outstanding! The food just wasn’t that good. Most of us got the burger…it was overdone and extremely small. Meanwhile, when I looked at the table next to us, I think someone had gotten the fried catfish sandwich…his filet was hanging out of the bun on both sides...maybe go in that direction? Although, his dining mate did have to saw through his ribs with a steak knife. There were just too many inconsistencies. The grits lacked flavor and were screaming for salt. But, the live music was an awesome surprise! We won’t be back for food but possibly for drinks and live music.
