Good food but idk if it's ever worth the price. I get the occasional fries seasoned with Cajun.
I ordered two cheeseburgers through the official website and both of them had the wrong toppings. The fries were both extremely salty and soggy.
Unsatisfactory service. I ordered unsalted fries but got the regular one which I find to be very salty. I waited for 20 mins on the clock for my fries coz I love em and checked at the counter twice. Finally I heard a call from one gentleman who was working on my fries when I opened the door to exit. I had to make a tough decision and got my fries from Pita Chip. Fin.
Five Guys has always been greasy, sizable burgers done right. This location is no exception. From the kind staff and relatively short wait times to the free peanuts, it's easy to see why this addition to the Temple area fits in just like that first bite of a bacon cheeseburger, no tomatoes.
This five guys is always clean and the burgers are hot and yummy. Super friendly staff. By far my favorite Five Guys
If I could rate zero stars I would. Ordered door dash then they gave the food to the wrong driver, the assigned driver showed up looking for our food and was told another driver picked it up. Over an hour of waiting and we don’t have our food. Driver called trying to tell us that they weren’t gonna remake the food that we have to cancel the order (even tho you don’t get refunded for the money you just spent on the food) I’m assuming they think we stole the food and wanted extra? We sent a picture of the “your driver is heading to you” with our drivers NAME (the person who was still at five guys figuring out where our food was) and saying that he was still at the address of five guys to our driver so they could show the employee we definitely did not receive our food. they could’ve simply remade the food but instead argued about it with us and had our driver even call door dash. We get they’re not responsible for the drivers but they ARE responsible for giving out the RIGHT FOOD to said customer. Absolutely ridiculous poor customer service.
Even when busy, they were attentive & didn’t give me a long wait for a bacon cheeseburger. I enjoyed da service
Perfect place to grab a quick bite. Burgers are pretty standard and highly customizable. If you are really hungry, I would recommend adding an extra patty to your order. When ordering, you have the option to get your hamburger wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl -in case you are avoiding those delicious carbs :)
This five guys location was solid, wait times on my order wasn't too bad (around 15-20 minutes) on a busy campus. The food was great and they gave me more than enough fries, overall a great experience.
Double hammy wit p,k,o. Consistently great no matter which 5 G's I go to. Quality control every food service company should have
