The Bus Boy was very mean here.. While i was eating he starts making rude remarks for nothing & when I said something back too him(after my mouth wasnt full of course) thenthe Security tried attacking me, I am the type of customer that tips everyone in the Kitchen and everything.... I just wanted to make a point on why the Guy should not be rude to a customer and i just left... i should of called the district manager or something but i just Left...
The nicest people on the planet are here. Excellent burgers and french fries. Nothing is waiting, everything is made fresh to order. But the people really make Five Guys worth the trip.
Food was great as always, but I'm disappointed in the manner that the Manager spoke to me. They had a bucket of beverages out on the counter to grab. I asked and associate do we get the water ourselves? He told me to go ahead grab my bottled water. I did and it was hot, so I grabbed the next water and it was the same so I was just gonna take it. All of a sudden the manager yelled that he would give it to me. So I placed it back and looked at him with shock, he had startled me by his tone. I told him I wanted the next one because the first one was hot. He told me I wasn't gone touch on all of them to see either!! in a rude manner. I told him I was just gone take the second one I grabbed because I assumed the rest would be hot as well. He did offer me a cup of ice at that point. If you don't want people having access to touch the bottles, I figured because of COVID. Then do not put them on the counter as an opportunity and then yell at the customer when they want to be picky. I wasn't partially offended because everyone has a role to play in keeping the spread of covid down. Remove the container from the counter and just hand the drink to the customer. Period!!
The place was clean staff was friendly there food is good (nice selection of milkshakes and topping for your burger) and its always a good sign when u have constant flow of people
never in my life have i been so disrespected by the fries at five guys. ordered a regular and was given a tiny cup with NO EXTRA in the bag. the sprite was a warm bottle, the burgers were mushy.
I've had better experience from other Five Guys. The patties were dry and the bun cold and on the dry side.Took long time to get served as well, even though quite few customers.
I ordered from DoorDash and apparently the dasher took my order from 5 guys.The DoorDash support person basically said they ran off with it and that 5 guys refused to remake my order.You’re going to refuse to remake an order I was waiting for and paid for ? I got a full refund from DoorDash but 5 guys refusing to remake myOrder Tells me I should never go here
obviously there were too many orders because we waited 30 minutes for our shakes and had to refund them because we didn’t get any in time before our Hamilton show, even 30 minutes after we ordered them. when my mother came to ask them how the shakes were coming along nicely and politely as a good customer should, they waved her off and said, “we’re coming, we’re coming,” as if we hadn’t been patient enough already. Not to mention the prices. But they had nice, cool water and the burgers were delicious. The woman at the cashier was nice. But this whole shake thing was absolutely unacceptable especially the way they reacted. I also work for fast food but i’m sorry, this is not exemplary service. the fries were undercooked as well, and we were almost late for our show because of this. you can count on me never coming back again.
Five guys are very deserving of their name... The service is always with a smile..and wait time is minimal..love these guys endlessly...always a pleasure when I dine there..♥️♥️♥️??
