This place is always busy but there are so many staff members you don't wait as long as you might think. Easily my favorite burgers
We love this place! The service is friendly, sometimes the kitchen can run a bit behind, but only because everything is made FRESH, so it makes up for it.
I had such an awful experience. Expecting a great burger meal for my dinner tonight.... and here I am with some burnt fries. I presented it to the counter, and guess what, I was given the same thing again 3min later. I did not want to make a scene, but really I never expect it from a franchise I always praised for its delicious burger and great customer service. But today, this particular location did not live up to the reputation.
it’s been about four years since I last ate here at Five Guys. in four years the prices have gone through the roof !! This evening I ordered a bacon cheeseburger for $13 which doesn’t even make any sense I People insane $13 for a hamburger when I can go across the street to Nifty Fifty’s and get the same quality for $6.00 . Who comes up with these ridiculous prices I’ll take a look at the Bacon cheeseburger that I bought for $13 and tell me would you eat it it looks like a big cow patty you couldn’t even wrap it up and make it look neat you had to make it look sloppy and disgusting the bread was soggy just gross ?Then you have the nerve to charge $8.00 for large french fries ? So tell me what makes your french fries worth $8.00 again I can go across the street and get the same fresh french fries except get triple the amount for less !!!
The tables were gross. The bathroom was gross. But we just wiped them before and after we used them and it was fine. We expect that from a fast food joint.Everything was amazing ? !!! We ordered extra patties beyond what their system allowed and they acomodated. Our child got a highchair. We wanted to have our milkshake made after we finished our meal so as to entice our toddler to eat rather than protest for the milkshake on the table. They were so sweet and understanding that when it came time for dessert, they stealthily snuck it on the table so our toddler wouldn't notice.Thanks for being accomodating!
They made 3/5 burgers wrong and they were stingy af with the fries. Even the toppings that they got wrong they were stingy af with. We read our order out loud and he read everything back correctly. They need employees who can read.
I always go to the five guys and grant Ave. Today was the first time they messed up my food. Not once but twice. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger for a regular cheeseburger. Went back up to let them know I didn't get bacon on my burger. They remade it, same thing no bacon.... I will never go here again...
Went to the Five Guys on Grant Ave. and I ordered a little cheese burger & small regular fries when I got home the burger was cold and the fries where all burnt disappointed I expected better than that for $17. NOT GOOD!
I'm sure I got sick from this location. I do go here often. But this last time something wasn't right about the onions. I was outta commission for 2 days, along with my brother and his wife. Haven't been back since.
