Absolutely horrible customer service! I called for catering a week before. They never called back I called 4 to 5 times to find out how much my order would come to and kept being told either they were closed or to call back between two and four which I did several times with still no answer. The day my party comes they showed up with the food 15 minutes late and I was missing two items from my order. It took them two hours to get back with the items andWhen I opened one of the potato salad‘s it was rancid. I thought this was a family run friendly small business to order from but they must have too much business to be nice to there customers or get orders correct. Unfortunately will never be ordering from them again.
The roasted peppers are sweet peppers. I never had a crunchy roasted pepper. and they put very minimal amount of chopped sharp provolone cheese. The place is very unkept no parking
Great gourmet hoagies. The Tacony area is very lucky to have two amazing hoagie places so close to each other (Jack’s being the other one). Never had a bad hoagie here. Recommended!

They have the the best hoagies ever! Fresh lunch meat the bread they use is amazing! My job orders from them all the time! And so does my family! There tuna sandwiches are to die for they are so good! I’ve tired all there choices and it’s so good! I forgot to also mention very good affordable prices
