The service was great, the workers were really friendly and welcoming. The food however, no so much. I had the pesto pasta and not only was it way too much sauce for what little noodles I got, but the garlic in the sauce itself was very overpowering and took away from taste. All in all, I’d say it’s average at best and you can certainly find better pasta elsewhere.
We came into town for a conference and was looking for a place for dinner. We needed to order take away and I found this place which was close to our hotel. We ordered online and I walked to pick it up. It was a small place and there no one inside when I got there which was on a Tuesday evening. The person at the counter was preparing the order and greeted me quickly. She was very friendly.I got back to the room and the food was hot and fresh. I had the Dan Dan noodles with chicken and it was very good and a little spicy. The chicken was cooked well.We also had the bolognese and added mushrooms and bacon but the order did not have it when we opened it up in the hotel room. It was and extra $3 for it too.I also got a Ceasar salad which was good as well as an order of garlic bread which was ok.Overall the food tasted great and the portions were great for the cost. Besides the one dish missing the items I enjoyed the meal. Would have been five stars if the order was correct. I would go back and order again.
My husband and I stopped here because we wanted a different environment and honestly just tired of these regular chain restaurants. This place was so pleasant and just gives you a personal feeling . We had the south Philly Alfredo and it was so rich in taste . I left completely satisfied with the food and service . I will most definitely be back to try a new menu item . Thank you
We had to come back it was so good. Last time was pre marathon this time pre half marathon love run. This will prolly be the place we carb load at next run ♥️. It's so so so good. This is the vodka pasta with chicken.
The food was very good. I got the South Philly Alfredo with chicken and not the pork. The lady at the register was very helpful and nice.
I was recommended both their cream pasta or the Dan Dan noodles. I got both takeaway and they tasted great, the shrimp compliment the sauce. This will be 1 of my favorite takeaway place.
So this place is basically geared more for Takeout. My boyfriend and I came here to sit and dine and was expecting real utensils and dishes. Unfortunately, the food was given to us in those flimsy brown takeout boxes with plastic forks. Also their Customer service is Trash! Since this was our first time at this place my BF and I were both looking at the menu figuring out what to order, and instead of the owner Dan asking us if we had any questions, he putting on his jacket like he was about to leave, sat down and just stared at us at from the register. The other employees in the kitchen were looking at us with blank stare like a bunch of dummies. No greeting, asking us if were here for takeout or dine-in etcc. Just plain rude and disrespectful. IS THE LACK OF ACKNOWLEDGING CUSTOMERS AND GOOD SERVICE A PHILLY THING OR WHAT?? SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME BECAUSE DISRESPECT SEEMS TO SPREAD IN PHILLY MORE THAN COVID!!! THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS!!
Went last night with my girlfriend. I got the Alfredo and added chicken and mushrooms. It was very delicious! The sauce was very flavorful and tasted great and there was plenty of it. A bit pricey, but given the location ( right near Rittenhouse Square ) it makes sense. Im looking forward to my next visit to try something else!
New to the city and slowly eating my way around the neighborhood. Almost passed this below ground gem. Food is hot, fresh, and very flavorful. Inside dining is clean and music selection (just the right volume) is good. Got the Dan Dan Noodles as per reccomendation and Will definitely be back!
Farina Pasta and Noodle is amazing! It was my first time here, and I will definitely be coming back. I got the bolognese and cheesy garlic bread, both were delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. 100% recommend!
