I normally love this restaurant. However, today I had a bad experience. I had the Reuben. On one half of the sandwich the bread was burnt, meat over cooked. I could not chew it. The other half, the bread was burnt on one side and soggy on the other. The waitress was pleasant and and did something nice for me. When I got home my stomach felt nauious and I vomited it was from the food. Still one of my favorite restaurants one bad incident won't stop me from going back.
Great sports bar to watch a game with friends. Atmosphere was popping on the champions league final day between Liverpool and Real Madrid. Nice beers ? on tap and bartenders were nice ??. Cheers ?
Always a great spot for sport. Gets a little busy but patrons and staff are fantastic so you don't notice it too much. Food is also great
Looks cozy and the drinks are good. It’s my only day off and I called at 11 asking if they would be showing formula one and they said yes, I asked if they would have the sound on and they said I don’t see why not. We decided okay let’s drive into Philly. Considering it’s a “European sports bar” when we got there they said no one is interested so we won’t put the sound on. The waitress was nice but wish I never wasted my time. Went across the street and they had it on with sound just as promised when we called….
They pour a good pint. Seriously though their food is good, well priced. Service is great. Definitely love this spot in I'm in center city.
Reached out about a tab issue where my check was combined with another groups weeks ago, called immediately the next day because my check seemed way too expensive for only house liquor drinks; the check was given to me only for my signature and not itemized, I had thought in the moment that the drinks may have just been pricey. In the initial phone call with the manager, I was told it was going to be resolved. I followed up a week later, left a voicemail, and never received a call to resolve the issue.
The atmosphere was great. The food was average at best. They was horrible under staffed. We had a table of 5 and the server would only bring settings for 3? It's like um there is 5 of us.
Trivia night here was super cute and a blast and a half. Great location. Great crowd. Food is kinda overpriced, but that's show business
Went there to celebrate a college graduation with a small group. Had some great appetizers, highly recommend the cheddar dip and wedges. Being an Irish pub, they of course had a full beer menu and had my favorite Smithwick’s on tap. The atmosphere was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our server seemed to know exactly when to come by our table when we needed things. Attentive but not in your face. Will definitely be back. Seems like a good place to take a date or come with a group.
My two friends got food poisoning from the fish they ordered. Service was incredibly slow especially considering that the restaurant was nearly empty (waiting 20 minutes for water refills, 30+ minutes after ordering drinks for them to come).
