I ordered on my phone a caramel latte and a muffin they gave me a drive-through a cup of coffee forgot about my muffin how to open a website out
My order was completely gone wrong and my donuts tasted old
Great coffee, good selection of sandwiches and other beverages. Salads, snacks, etc. Great for on the go, traveling etc. Clean and nice staff.
Sometimes they have nice people, other times not so much
Dunkin is my favorite place and normally it’s great but today was horrible! I got avocado toast and it was barely spread on the toast and there was NO everything seasoning!! also my bagel minis they forgot and i went back in and asked for them when i received them they were ice cold! The coffee wasn’t bad but the food today TERRIBLE!
The only negative experience here is after 6 pm they dont prepare bagels, wraps, etc. They claim the kitchen is closed. It takes all of 30 seconds to slice a bagel, run it through toaster and spread cream cheese on it.
STOP LOCKING THE DOORS. You just lock the doors whenever you don’t feel like dealing with customers inside. Stop being lazy and do your jobs. People don’t want to sit in a drive through line with 10+ cars bc you don’t feel like serving coffee inside.
They have this Hispanic girl that works there that i guessing she’s Muslim and another Hispanic girl there that’s light skin with pink hair.. they need to be fired they are unprofessional.. they tried to charge me almost $9 for a small hot chocolate and 10 munchkins. I asked them to check the price because i come here all the time the girl with pink hair gave me attitude and the Hispanic Muslim girl didn’t want to give me her name to speak to the manager.. i love this place but people like this make you really lose a customer real fast. They need to hire people with good hearts that’s professional and know how to assist others.. i hope they will be handled by the manager. And the Muslim Hispanic girl has no mask here but yet we have Covid cases like crazy .. as you can see on the photo she has no mask on.. and the girl sitting down and didn’t want to assist me .. poor behavior and unprofessional!!
For me, it is the go-to place for coffee. I will get their muffins on occasion but not doughnuts. I don't get anyone's doughnuts. Some items are pricey but overall, a decent value.
Line is long, but their usually speedy. Great service and fresh doughnuts and coffee always fresh. I usually go different times from morning, lunch, and even a little after dinner time. Service and items was still great.
