They don't know the difference between toasted and burning and get smart with you when you ask 2 weeks in a row this happened to me I know I'm crazy for keep going back but that's the only one on the way to church
Had to take back my bf 5 star review back!!!! she came to the car sad said that the other employees we’re great but gave away friend order it was crowded so she held nothing against that but a rude red head looked like she had an attitude with that as if it’s my friend fault I’m in her car writing this next to her this place needed help with costumer management and proper work attitude
Drive-thru service today was abhorrent. Speaker operator was completely inept. After she interrupted our order for the nth time to ask if she heard correctly...which she had not, not even once, we were forced to leave. The final interruption was for her to ask a coworker how to add an option that we had not only not requested but was not even an option... "Extra hot?" she said. At that point the infuriation had gotten the best of me and we departed the drive thru without completing the order. Inexplicable how management could allow this, as this location is always extremely busy.
Is a shame that just to ask for what you pay for, You get insulted and curse out. None of the employees had their name tags on. They gave me a order that did not belong to me. Actitud with all the customers for no reason.
Don't even bother. Got the drink right, but guess it's too much to ask to mix it. & love getting a cold plain bagel instead of a hot wrap. Lastly I guess it's too much to ask for a single word out of the girl giving you your messed up order.

Absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I walk in there’s nobody in there besides me and the people that work there standing there they see me they continue to sit there on the cell phones and look at whatever they were looking at will never go there again
I always pay for extra cream cheese but when I get home it’s just the regular amount…
This Dunkin’ Donuts is an absolute disaster! It is constantly inconsistent with its products and quality. Some days you get 8oz of a hot beverage, yet paid for 16oz, while other days you’re lucky if it’s even hot. I stopped going to this location for months now because of the same issue, but stopped here quickly in hopes that it turned around - still a disaster. You’re better off going an extra mile up the road on Aramingo for Dunkin if you actually want quality for your money.
