Unfortunately, I contracted food poisoning after picking up breakfast here. I sensed there was something off about my breakfast wrap after taking two bites. I immediately ceased eating. However, hours later I came down with symptoms of diarrhea. I will not be back at this location.

Experience is always a good one, but occasionally they get an order wrong with your coffee orders.

I have had the same problem with my coffee order on every location I have visited. When I ask for cream and sugar, It is so sweet I usually have to take it back. The formula that is used fo cream and sugar has been changed. There is so much sugar that it does not dissolve, and you're chewing on chunks of sugar. As I stated, this has happened at every Dunkin ? drive-through. I have to test the coffee before pulling off. I once tried to try just asking them to put in cream and give me packets, and I'd add the sugar myself. This didn't work; it never got sweet. So I trashed it.

Usually pick up food for family members I visit on occasion. They steer away from other fast food chains and always want food from Dunkin'

They open their doors whenever they feel like it. It's a bit frustrating. Specially when you have a line of vehicles that goes all the way out to the street because of it.

I typically love DD but I refuse to go to this particular location again. Although they are closer to my job, I would rather travel miles for better service. On two occasions the regular staff have been rude to me. I mentally marked it off as frustration due to being understaffed. However they really need training on customer service. I have gotten yelled at two times too many from the weekend morning crew. During my last visit on Dec 19, 2021 I simply drove up to the drive-through at 5:10am and literally waited about 10 at the intercom before deciding to drive up to the pay window. When I got there I asked if they was open, which was a legitimate questions because they was closed before around that time due to lack of staff. However the Asian female yelled at me “Yes we open you need to go back to the order window to give your order”. I tried to explain to her that I was waiting there already for some time and no one acknowledged me. This is when another Asian female I identified as the manager came around the lady’s shoulder and sarcastically stated “We are here now, go order”. I drove back to order window and she had this tone in her voice that I just couldn’t overlook so I left and told them that “I’m notifying someone about my experience”. This is when the lady said “We don’t care, bye”. They have to do better at customer service before I return to that DD

This place is the worst especially at night. I just came in contact with two of the worst mfs in the customer service business. These workers are rude unprofessional, hold side conversation all while messing up your order. My advice RUN don't walk or drive someplace else to get anything they sell especially coffee. The manager need to contact me ASAP

Drive-in staff professional and courteous. Love the pumpkin spice!

This place is horrible, not going back. But not as bad as the Hunting Park store.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. The line for the drive through is actually ridiculous and staff moves at the pace of a snail. The staff is nice but orders are often wrong. The drive through is filled with people trying to get their coffee and get to work but you spend no less than 10-20 minutes in a drive through to get lackluster coffee. You can order the same thing everyday and it was taste different everyday. This eels theme has been toilet water and I’m very disappointed. They need training and I need a new coffee shop. People onlycome here because of the location. Not because they like the service, pace or coffee.
