Went here to grab something to eat quick and they got my order right like a normal Dunkin' usually does.
This Dunkin on Columbus Blvd never disappoints always good always on-time and minimal wait time.
Always well prepared food and drive thru is usually quick.
This place was nice I just didn't like the drive thru set up.
This is a nice DD drive-thru. Drinks are well made, doughnuts are always fresh, and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you ask for a dozen assorted doughnuts, they give you a solid assortment with no duds.
Service was quick and sandwiches were good. Tea didn't have enough sugar.
Just had absolutely terrible experience at this Dunkin Donuts. We placed a pick up order an hour prior to arriving, when we went inside to pick up our order we were told it isn't in the system therefore they couldn't give it to us even though we were charged. When we spoke to one of the workers he continued to argue with us and say he couldn't give us the coffee. Only to go to the back when we asked for the manager and bring the order saying it was already made and he didn't see it. After saying he should've checked instead of arguing with us he closed the window while we were speaking and left. Incredibly rude staff that doesn't want to work and have good customer relations, will definitely not be coming here and do not recommend it to anyone else either. Would give zero stars if I could.
Meh. They seem mad all the time. Fast service, just not real personable people. They messed up my order 2x ago. And were mad I even suggested I didn't ask for an iced coffee but a coffee. She said you sure? After I said it's fine. But she rolled her eyes and told me I said iced, which is why I said I'll just take it. Nit wanting spit in my correct coffee
1100, that Dunkin which is always crowded in the morning, even with a short stuff, those employees are amazing try the best they can to satisfy everyone, of course not perfect people do mistakes but they deserve all the support,
Very incompetent employees. I was there on free coffee day, I scanned my promotion and because the guy did not put the donut in the system before entering the qr code he could not process my free coffee. So I asked if he could just remove the coffee from the bill he said he was not sure how to do that, I asked for a manager he said he was the one in charge. Smh you know it's funny you really want to fight and vote to get these guys higher pay but they always show you why they don't deserve it. So on free coffee day that location lost the sale of a donut and a shot of Expresso because their incompetent hire by the name of Kenny (Asian Kid) just in case your wondering who is Kenny because they did not have name tags, so I don't know if that's really his name, nevertheless he could not correct figure out how to correct his error.
