The music was waaayyy too loud. Very small food and drink selection for Sips, but the fries were aammmaaaazzzziinggg. Definitely get them if you go here. Windows were all open and it was blazing hot.
The advertised menu was very different from what we found when we arrived to the restaurant.
We went to Drury Beer Garden yesterday for drinks and appetizers, a few people from our group had to return because they forgot to close out their tab.When we returned they were very busy leading us to stand in a awkward spot at the entry of the bar. Our waitress servicing our table was kind and helpful. However, the bartender was a different story. She was incredibly rude. We waited almost 30 minutes for her to come over to us so we can close out our tab. She was servicing every part of the bar except us.Since she was taking so long I tried to order another drink through our waitress who serviced our table as she happened to be passing through the bar area. However, she told me to order through the bartender. Again, the bartender proceeded to ignore us and was servicing a party directly next to us.The party couldn’t figure out what they wanted, so while the bartender was waiting on them, I tried to get her attention and tapped her on the shoulder. She responds back “Do not touch me, I don’t like to be touched!” which led to a brief back and forth then we decided to leave.Just as FYI the bartender is very rude and nasty as I’ve seen other people post in their reviews. The food and drink were good and the overall vibe of the beer garden is nice.
Went for the SIPs happy hour deal , but it wasnât really a deal because the cost per unit of food was the same. Like, the cost of the item is half of that on the regular menu during happy hour, but the portion size it also like half (or smaller!) that said, food tasted really good. Iâd recommend the chili garlic wings. Drinks were fine, tasted good and decent value there.
We were expecting a Greek restaurant but found a limited menu with few Greek type offerings. What we ordered was satisfactory and a good value. Their beer garden in back was marginally comfortable, not particularly attractive, but we were able to talk above the joyful patrons' voices.
AMAZING!!!!! simply the best bar in Philadelphia. I had a wonderful afternoon with my friend in this bar. It has good drinks, good music, lots of beautiful people. I loved this bar and I will definitely come back every time I'm in Philadelphia. I have already recommended it to all my friends who live in Boston, New York, New Jersey, Miami, Los Angeles and Brazil. Philadelphia is an amazing city and has great bars.
Wanted to say how awesome this place is. Definitely a place to visit if coming to philly. The Music is great and the best part is you get to choose your own music as well!! Always a good place to go hang out at and catch a couple drinks with friends. The bartender Joe made it the best experience there though, definitely check it out if you can.
This place is an absolute hidden gem In the gaybarhood. Joe made us feel like the most valuable and valid customer. One top of letting you pick the music , the vibe they have is incredible with great beers on tap. Come here and you won’t be let down ?
Such a fun atmosphere to drink outside. We had bartender Joe for my friends birthday. He let us play our own music, made the day enjoyable and even accommodating when it started to rain. Such a fun experience!!!
Fun bar! Bartender was super nice and friendly. He played good music and even let us request songs. Quick service and even made us unique drinks.
