Everything tasted fresh! I got a bunch of pastries from here to celebrate Vietnamese New Years so I decided to head over since I seen them on an Instagram ad ! It did not disappoint and the employees there were so nice! My favorite was their pizza pastry. They only had one left so I cut it up into smaller peices so that my guests could try it too and they loved it just as much. Oh! And the Pandan egg tart is soooo amazing. Im a big Pandan person so it was great. Everything else was just as good! Def. would visit them again!
Hidden gem! I got the pork bun, the pork floss bun, the hot dog scallion bun, the steamed sausage bao bun, the char siu (bbq pork) bao bun, the egg tart, the chicken pie and the Hong Kong tea. Everything was so so good and the service was terrific. I highly recommend you go and try everything!
My favorite family-owned Hong Kong style bakery! I love stopping by to pick up buns after work. They always use the freshest ingredients and they have a great variety! I love getting the pandan egg tarts (which no other Philadelphia has). I also love how they have a different variety of bun made fresh daily. They make great drinks as well! I’ve tried their fruit teas, matcha, and smoothies and they were all perfectly made. I highly recommend this bakery to everyone! The staff are also very friendly and make sure you are well taken care of. I could not say enough good things about this bakery. Best baked goods without having to drive to Chinatown and they are even better tasting! I follow them on Instagram and keep up to date with what they have for that day.
Since I couldn't take a upclose picture of just the cake, this was the best ones I have. We had a Birthday party and was a dinosaur theme. I sent them a DM on Instagram of the picture of the cake I was looking for and they responded in a timely manner.It was BEYOND BEAUTIFUL!On top of that, the kids were asking for more slices! (I was scraping my 3 year old daughter's leftovers)I loved the airyness and sweetness of this cake. Everything from the details of the decoration and the flavor was wonderful.I highly recommend Dodo Bakery for Birthday cakes!
This is a really delicious bakery. All the buns are baked to perfection. They’re soft and the fillings are great. I will be coming back to try some other things.
The birthday cake looks beautiful, the cream is silky, the cake is soft, the whole cake will not taste too sweet, eating too much will not get tired, and the fruit is fresh fruit. My daughter ate a very large piece today. She is usually very fussy and won't eat anything she doesn't like.

My son and I visited today for the first time! Everything we picked was delicious and reasonably priced! The picture shows our haul and it was all for $19!!
