Friends took us here... Rumored to be the best dim sum in Philly, we had to try it. Came on a Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 pm. Wasn't that crowded and we were seated on time. Service was friendly and attentive. The food was decent, but not the best dim sum we've had. Portions are pretty big, though. Located in University City, the restaurant has a few different seating areas, including a bar/lounge on the ground floor, and another bar upstairs with a pool table.

Came here with high expectations and wasn’t exactly disappointed, but not really impressed. The food was good, but not the best that I’ve had. Large menu with a variety of options with vegetarian/vegan options too. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive as well. Nice ambience and interior as well.

Authentic, fresh, and diverse menu. The best dim sum I’ve had. Great, creative, zesty drinks. Come to taste bits and pieces of Asian cuisine and savor each moment in the rich, sweet, saucy, umami flavor. This place is a real gem. From the crispy wontons to the chicken ho fun entree Dim Sum house has is down. The wontons were not oily like usually Chinese, instead light, crispy, and perfectly seasoned… most likely w/ MSG that has you coming back for more. The bao buns are like biting into a cloud w/ savory pork filling. Come once and you’ll keep coming back.

I’ve been to this place twice now and it’s just fabulous. Make sure to get the crystal shrimp dumplings on the happy hour menu! The bartender recommended them and they were just delicious.

This restaurant was the perfect family stop as we waited to board a train at 30th street station. We ordered onion pancakes, soup dumplings, sesame chicken, lo mein, and Brussels sprouts. Everything was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is a wonderful respite after a busy day of walking around Philly. The vegetables are really fresh and served in generous portions.

Dim Sum House by Jane G's, located near Penn University Campus, is an excellent choice for a fair priced and reliably good meal! Enjoyed a few Dim Sum choices along with Honey Vinegar Spare Ribs and topped off with Jasmine Tea for a fullfilling lunch. Alcoholic beverages available as well as many non alcoholic choices. The seating area is comfy and roomy enough as it does get busy at times. Overall, a really good choice for a quick meal in the University area.

Delicious vegan options!!! We left feeling happy and full. My sister planned this dinner and I was skeptical at first as I am vegan as well as my fiancé. She did an amazing job with this one! Thank you Jessica! We ordered most of the vegan menu and others ordered non vegan options and loved it too! The drinks were yummy and service was on point! The picture is pre all the food delivered so it doesn’t do justice. We will be coming back! You’re all that and DIM SUM BABY! My favorite dish was the truffle edamame dumplings hands down!!!!

First time here. Our waitress miamba was great. I’ll pretty sure I spelled her name wrong. Great food and atmosphere.

This one was suggested by my cousin.Dishes we are are eggplant fry, Singapore noodles, chicken and mushroom dumplings, veg pancake, and pepper chicken fry.All of the dishes are amazing and less expensive. Interior is so good and welcoming. One should try this restaurant, if u like asian food.

The food all came out fast, and everything tasted great! The extra spicy shrimp dumplings were pretty, and the beef stuffed scallion pancakes were especially good. The happy hour cocktails were only $5, sweet & fruity. The atmosphere was very chill, and the service was great too.
