Restaurant had no tea.."they ran out"...nothing to drink but water no ice in the second glass...ordered fried dumplings...the were boiled and very thick, heavy and tasteless...the noodle soups were both very good and fresh...braised beef and egg and tomato...pork and cabbage dumplings were good...will try again but please have tea or other beverages available
Horrible food looks like the left over . High price. No taste at all . I eat Chinese food over 25 years here in north east Philadelphia. Never ever had such a bad experience in food. Never ever go to this place even if I am starving to death. . I don’t want even give one star . And finally I am telling this is the first time ever in my life I am giving a review like this. I am so disappointed ???
I prefer Tradition to Change. It's the Way Genetics in my Family are and the Way I am. So, tried Dim Sum Factory, by trying Shrimp Fried Rice on Krewstown. ? WHOA! The Best I've HAD Since The CHINA Castle (939 Race- Closed) Lee's Garden (Levittown/Ox.Valley-Closed). THE SHRIMP WERE JUMBO AND SOFT AND FRESH BEYOND BELIEF! The Rice yummy and tender. Only Kvetch-Portions could be slightly larger and prices a bit high. Good Luck.
Everything we ordered was delicious. You have to order the spicy crispy shrimp! The soup dumpling were perfect. So were the handmade stir fried noodles.

Recently just grand opened and came here last week. It’s like a block from where I lived. Overall food wise was just okay. Great customer service. Ordered spicy beef & tripe, cucumber salad, Shanghai fried rice cake and the pork soup dumpling. Will never ever order cucumber salad anymore, that thing was filled with sugar. I even added tons of soy sauce and chili oil and it cannot cover the over powering sugar. The Shanghai fried rice cake was okay, it was little bit on the salty side. Can ask them less salt if you decide to order. Pork soup dumpling is the only thing on point. I still went back to order food but I ask them less salt.
Excellent food, staff and atmosphere. So glad to have this so close to home. Save room for dessert...the Piggy Bun. It was adorable, warm and delicious.
Beef noodle soup reminds me of childhood in Taiwan. Shanghai noodle soup, hand made soup dumplings, hand made pork chive dumplings, egg drop seaweed soup, general Tso's chicken and sweet potato pancakes.... yummy and comfort food! Service is friendly and very fast!
