Waited almost an hour gut the shuttle… three calls to the hotel .. 4 people waiting when the hotel is 1 Mile from the airport … room and facility was nice but the A/C did not work well. Thermostat showed 60 degrees but my phone app said 78 … sweaty night of non sleep. I had a suite and there is no ventilation in the suite area … 82 degrees in that area. Room service barges in at 9… leaves when they see me but leaves all if the lights on so I had to get up and turn them off . No knock at the door - just barged in . No “do not disturb card” card . Front am desk was as useless as housekeeping and the shuttle service . Slow, inefficient
One excellent interaction after another. Sharing, Tanisha, and Kiara were all amazing! Exceeding expectations at every turn. I had a chance to talk to a couple of the managers and one can see how important service is to them as well. Great things happening there. It's close to the airport, close to the city and out if the way. They definitely have the best staff I have experienced in a long time! Thank you so much guys. You made my week!
I stayed at the delta for a few days. I was there for a business training so all the food was included. Mike E was very attentive to our needs and always greeted us with a smile. Nichelle was great when she came to my room for a little refresh. Clean sheet, fresh towels. Thanks!
Great stay at this hotel! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, beds were comfy, and the shower water pressure was amazing. Coffee shop downstairs to get going in the morning (awesome latte). Quick shuttle. Great experience - would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Well it started out pretty good but 2/4 nights we stayed here we did not get ANY sleep because guests were being loud until 5am. We called the front desk multiple times and they said it would be taken care of but it wasn’t. It sounded like the noise was coming through the vents. The AC did not work at all. We put it down all the way to 60 and it was still warm. Outside of the room in the hall was cooler then our room. There was stains on the shower curtain and some grime in-between the tiles in the bathroom. There was stains on the walls as well. The bathroom sink was not cleaned, there was hair in it. The pillows were way to soft to sleep on, had two and felt like I was sleeping directly on the mattress. Towels took over an hour to come and they did not take the dirty ones. The elevator floor was always dirty and sticky feeling. Do not stay here on the weekends. Save your money, you can get better service at a red roof inn.
Pros: New property. Very clean. Cons: Overpriced. Unprofessional staff. Unresponsive management. Literally in the middle of nowhere…no nearby restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores. Must pay for parking. No complementary breakfast. There are other properties in the area.
I stayed at this hotel after my flight was cancelled. They replied quickly to my phone call for a reservation that same night The room was very large but the best thing about the hotel was the service. The desk clerk was friendly and had a very good sense of humor which I needed at this point since we had been at the airport for 8 hours before our flight was cancelled. The bar was supposed to close at 11 but he brought us drinks at the closing time. The checkout clerk told us how this hotel became a part of Marriott, even the shuttle driver had a sense of humor.
I stayed at this hotel for one night. When I got to the room after a long dinner with a colleague it was fairly late. I Entered the room and there was some noise ( I had asked for a quiet room) but I couldn’t really figure out where it was coming from. Sounded like a party but I wasn’t really sure. Anyway it stayed noisy and I was unable to sleep although I did try. Finally at 1 am and After some serious searching I found the party noise coming through an air conditioning vent. Very random. They were obviously having a great time. I went downstairs and switched rooms. They put me in an accessible room which was fine as it was quiet. So I would say everything was fine except the noise in the first room. I probably should have switched rooms sooner. Lesson learned. The shuttle to the airport was fine but surprisingly full. Next time I would get there early if possible rather than just in time like I did.
We held a seminar at the hotel this past weekend and everything was fantastic. Starting with Nader in sales to the front desk to the banquet/catering staff and finally the bar/market. I would like to give a big shoutout to Mike E who made sure that everything was perfect. Lucy was also awesome. The food was top notch and very delicious. The salmon with mussels was a pleasant surprise . Cudo's to the chef - Kevin. Thanks for a great weekend Delta Rob
The internet TV was not working in our room - so the engineer checked it out; however the issue was not resolved. The Manager, Sharif W - upgraded my husband and I from a standard room to a junior suite. He promptly apologized for the inconvenience, and even comped us for drinks at the the lounge. It was great!
