yeah not going back here again. We went to the bar in the arcade, bar was disgusting, not wiped down, bartenders standing around eating and threw our menus at us. The menu was sticky and gross and had red syrup all over the top. Left to go to the front bar, that was FAR WORSE. Bartender said, " you gonna need menus"? Great first impression and sorry to bother you but yes we will need menus. She literally threw them at us. I looked at my wife and said, "were out". Never again.
1st, we had lunch. The food was pretty good, but unfortunately, the service was not a. We came early and, the service was not a. We came early and, We were some of the only people in the restaurant. But, the service was slow and inattentive. More than once we had to remind our waitress but we had ordered, so she knew what to look at. After this, we wouldn't play games..This was a lot better. We had a good time in the game room.I hope that next time we are there we will have much better service in the restaurant, and I can update this review.
Okay. Sorry to post this because this place once WAS a nice family evening out to eat. You now need to place your own order on your phone. 1 to 4 ppl maybe. A family of 9 and its a hassle. If that's what I wanted we would have stayed home and ordered door dash. Next I ask for silverware and get handed disposable plastic ware and cocktail napkins. More than half if the menu was unavailable and the food tasted like microwave meals. Please know I'm not happy to write a negative review, especially for a place we once loved. I just want people to know about the experience they are in store for these days.
i when today 6/01/22 dave and busters ,went to play with the whole family ,we play on several machines,on one machine I win the jackpot wheel of fortune , I win 4532 ,I had tickets on my card 1500 ,plus the tickets that was earned , i have over 6000 ticket ,at time to change the tickets, they told me my card is blocked ,they told me a manager to come and see what happened, the manager came and took the card ,we wait like 15 minutes,he came back and told me that there was an error in the game and they couldn't give me those tickets,I took off those tickets plus the ones I had won and he left me 1500 tickets ,it was very embarrassing return all prizes game
The food tasted good but My partner's entree was delivered within 5 minutes and I had to wait over half an hour from that point to get mine. Service is very inattentive and slow. The games are all lame - most are games you can download for free to your smartphone or they are 1980s video games that are blown up on a big screen. I wouldn't waste my money on crap like that. honestly never have plans to ever return...
I struggled with this review between 1 or 2 stars. The only reason I would have given it to stars was for the busing staff and before we left we placed a to-go order. The lady who brought it out will extremely pleasant. Besides that, there was nothing good about this experience. I usually don't use names unless it's a good review but our waitress who want us to call her lala was not courteous at all. Every time we ask for something it was like it. It was an inconvenience. We asked for pickles. She said we don't have pickles that you want. My daughter ordered the purple slushie drink with gummy worms It came without the gummy worms so we told them that we didn't want it and they still tried to charge it for it. I ordered the chicken avocado club sandwich which was lacking in avocado and was dry. To top off the night she basically was pushing us out of the building to clear her table to get more people in when half the place was empty. One of my worst experiences ever
Arcade was great but very limited menu..we came to eat and not a big selection! was told they sold a lot of food yesterday for easter so it wasn't much to choose from and the wings weren't hot..Other than it was a good time
This has been my second time going to a Dave & Buster’s and my first visit to this location. Haven’t been happy with either visit! I did not eat at this location. My niece and her friend were at a concert at the Fillmore down the street and her mom and sister and I decided to hang out here till the concert ended. First of all, the parking lot garage is $15 and they give you a $7 coupon for food or beverage inside. The garage was leaking in many places of tons of water. Pretty scary parking here with the hopes the place wasn’t going to flood or come crumbling down. If you are charging $15 to park to eat, and play in the arcade, your garage should be in good condition. Inside, the place was pretty crowded. A wait to play some games. Since there was a line at the kiosk and all these signs to do the app, I decided to get my card through the app. We go over to ski ball and what do you know, it’s not accepting the app. We go over to another game and it’s not accepting the app. Why have an app if it doesn’t work, not to mention all the signage you have to download it? We go over to customer service and they tell us, “I wouldn’t waste your money on ski ball, they’ve been broken all day!” So common sense would be to put them out of service! Not here! So then I tell the customer service that the app isn’t working on any game and can we transfer to a physical card. He responds, “Umm, a manager would have to do that.” Again common sense to get a manager. NOPE! I had to request a manager to be called. The manager transferred the chips to the card and we go back to ski ball as people were playing with no issues. So we get 3 units and 1 works. We get assistance, well they took the chips for the first set that didn’t work on 2 machines and to fix it the guy scans his watch and then uses the card on the 3 machines not once but twice, and now chips are removed 3 times on all 3 units and we only got to play 1 game. So I said, but you didn’t refund me for the games that the balls didn’t drop, the guy just shrugged and walked away. Nice way to do business. As if you don’t charge enough as it is! So we go on to play games to find that most machines are broken, or they wouldn’t take the card. Just a mess. A few took your chips but never actually let you play. We were so tired of trying to get this rectified it was horrible. So we decided to go over to the restaurant area to sit and have dessert. Tons of tables empty as this is a very big place, but yet 2 hour wait. Say what? I imagine it was a staffing issue. Needless to say, my sister who is disabled needed to sit down and they wouldn’t let us sit at the empty tables not being used. Said we would have to try and find something by the bar. Real nice hospitality for the ADA! We decided to go to the bathroom, which was another pretty disaster with stalls not in service and others clogged with paper. I must say much cleaner than I would have thought but still needed work. Some stalls were so full of water by the toilet you just didn’t want to even try to use it. Then exit to the car and sit there for a little bit before departing. I don’t know about returning to this place. My first experience was horrible service and food and this second experience for the Arcade was not nice and ended up costing me a good $35-40 in games that took my chips but wouldn’t let us play. Not cool at all! Staff was not helpful or pleasant to deal with. The only pleasant person was the female bartender that seemed to appreciate my business. Not worth the money!
How do you not have a bathroom in the restaurant area?? This is a huge place, and forcing people into the arcade area is just a money-making scheme. And the arcades themselves are no longer the fun games they used to be, at least for adults. Not enough shooting games, and too many games that just take your credits for a few tickets.Have to say, though, lunch was tasty.
My son has fun here playing games but hes 9 and he hasn't been in a really big arcade yet this was his 1st time period my fiance was at the bar and I did the bartender was a racist or just have very very bad customer service because he yelled at my fiance when another kid came to sit at the bar assuming that it was his child versus asking it was not his child. The person all the way at the end of the bar was a Caucasian guy and he had his child sitting at the bar the bartender served the father and did not say anything about the Child sitting at the bar to me maybe a little prejudice prejudice. The food was terrible the rice was raw not done in and the chicken was cooked well however my entire plate was seasoned with vinegar they put 2 hole practically raw definitely uncleaned peppers or mop plate The best part part of my experience there was the waiter the waiter we had was very very nice. If you go hopefully it's not a white guy at the bar cause whoever that was he may have some racist shoes but don't order any food that comes with rice just stick to burgers and like fries it's better don't order real dining dinner food at Dave and busters you will regret it.
