I love their food. But the two females that answers the phone are RUDE. The ish hung up on me. You can't substitute another item for anything else unless you ask the customer. It's called allergies and it could have ended someone in the hospital because y'all were rushing and being rude. Support black support black, support me not ending up in the hospital. Irie.

Today, May 31, 2022, I Found a roach in my yams and the woman who served it had an issue refunding me my money since she stated the yams were separated by a container from my other meal! That should not matter since I’m sure when there’s one roach, there’s multiple. Terrible customer service! ????????? I know the original place is at 3009 North 22nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19132 USA which is where I’m sure they make the food and then they distribute the food to the truck! Whatever the case may be, idk where the roach came from but I will never buy from them again!
Foodie heaven ?? Ordered chicken wings which are actually wing dings but still delicious, mac & cheese creamy and not stiff, rice and peas with gravy. Lawd have mercy that gravy, I just want a whole container of that. Everything fresh and delicious, can't wait to try something else.
I ordered the jerk chicken,Sweet potatoes and potato salad and greens. Everything taste like they poured sugar in it. Disgusting. Never again. They also forgot to send my beef patties and told me there's nothing they could do
The stew beef was good , it just needed to be cooked a bit longer since the beef was a little chewy and the gravy was more on the watery side& the seasoning was on point. However , the Mac & cheese was inedible. I don’t know if it’s powdered cheese in it or what but I couldn’t even chew 1 bite. I wouldn’t feed it to my worst enemy. Lastly , the cabbage was ok, it wasn’t bad. I don’t think this food is worth coming back to , but it was worth a try.
The food only tastes good depending on the day/time you get it. I’m not sure if the cooks vary but somedays the platters are amazing and others they can be horrible. Please be more consistent !

The fried fish was OK. The ox tails were tough. The sides were okay. Not bad, just okay.
Terrible customer service. I will never visit this establishment again. First time I ever was treated that way from there. She was very unprofessional. There is too many Jamaican restaurants.I would recommend maxwells. There portions are huge and it’s real baked macaroni cheese. They give your money worth. Plus the customer service is great
Mac n cheese is disgusting and so is the collard greens!! A waste of $20!! Never again
