Just had a great lunch here on a Saturday. Chicken gizzards were quite good. The chicken satay was as well. The peanut sauce was thick, not runny like cheap stuff from a jar. The grilled pompano was out of this world with a nice crispy skin. The chicken noodle dish my companion had was also very good. There are only about 7 tables in the place. Went at 12. Only one other table. By 1:15 there was a wait. Go early if you are hoping for immediate seating.

Good serviceGood food specially noodles ? crab ?Definitely I would come back again

Adorable restaurant! The food there was amazing. We had to switch up what we were ordering because they were out of some things, but the other options they had were lovely! The dessert sandwich was so good as-well!?The server was very nice as-well, answered all our questions.I had the fried fish, big portion and absolutely delicious.

HUGE portions! Authentic flavor!!! Friendly server!!!Will definitely return if in Philly..

I am writing this as a service for the local people of south Philly.I have a very sophisticated palette from years of fine dining experiences, and I can confidently say this is the best restaurant dollar per dollar in the entire city.Best chicken I ever had in my life - ask for dark meat and side turmeric riceBeef rendang also amazingStir fry .... incredibleCoconut rice off the chartsEverything is amazing , those are some of my favoritesDeep fried shrimp too....11/10 6/5

This place was recommended to us by an Indonesian Uber driver who was proudly telling us about Indonesian cuisine which we never had before. It is very similar to Malaysian food, but I would say, it has a slightly stronger spice palette. We enjoyed every single thing we ordered and are putting this place at the top of list of our favorites.

I ordered the Ice Cendol, the Braised Pork With Sweet Soy Sauce / Nasi Babi Kecap, theSpecial Fried Rice / Nasi Goreng Special and everything was soooo good. I was blown away by how good the cendol was, I wish I ordered 3 more cuz I just chugged it. Highly recommend.Thank you!

First time trying Indonesian food and everything was delicious. The vibe inside was nice, the service was great and the prices are very reasonable. Would definitely come back.

My first time there I took the server's suggestions. So good! I had to make myself wait to go in the next week. More tastiness. I have only been twice but when you want to keep going and try everything, that says it all.

Awesome fresh, flavorful Indonesian at a good value. The satay ayam (chicken) was tender and flavorful. Soto betawi soup warmed us up on a rainy afternoon - tripe was fresh and not offal-y. If I had to complain, the skin of grilled fish, while excellently prepared, had a bit of a propane-y burnt flavor. I just scarfed it down and imagined eating at a stall on the side of a clogged Jakarta street.
