Fantastic food and drinks!

We used the sips menu for cocktails. The burgers and fries were good. We ended the night with an adult menu. The food menu is cute American food with a broadwalk twist

The food was great and service couldn’t get better but it is dark and the setting is less then ideal

We came for the Harry Potter milkshake for our son’s birthday! The specialty milkshakes didn’t disappoint. Very creative. As far as a restaurant/bar…it’s ok. Not terrible food/service but there’s room for improvement. Also, the pricing for the food quantity and quality doesn’t match up. We’d go again but just for the milkshakes!

Out of town friend wanted Beyond Burger… purposely went there as on menu. But the said they had soy so she couldn’t have due to allergies. :(

The food and milkshake options are to die for and can't bet the value.

Lousy miserable male “waiter” DEVIN with a terrible attitude!!!! Brought water and didn’t ask if we wanted anything else. We ordered 2 apps and he says “ummm so anything else” while he was walking AWAY from our table. That 20% tip that was forced to be on the tab was not earned, he was AWFUL!!! Straight stone face miserable worker. Save your mandatory tip and go somewhere else.

Food was amazing and our server was perfect. Had a great time.

Craftsman Row Saloon is a fun place to enjoy a casual meal of pub food. We made a reservation for dinner here because we were attending the Harry Potter exhibit in town. Someone had recommended we dine here because they were featuring a special, limited edition Harry Potter milkshake while the exhibition was running. Being huge HP fans, my husband, daughter and I thought it would be a great idea to dine here. The service was very good - our server was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was nice - very casual pub type atmosphere (which is not what we were expecting from some of the other reviews). The food was mediocre - half of our food came out at the wrong time (dishes we wanted served with our main course came out as appetizers) and half the food arrived cold. The food itself was overpriced for the quality. They also informed us that the limited edition Harry Potter shake was no longer available, which was very disappointing. In hindsight, we should have called ahead and confirmed. The atmosphere was good, but just a bit loud, so we had a hard time hearing each other talk from across the table. To sum it up, this is a great place to go for drinks with friends and/or to enjoy the specialty designer milkshakes for dessert.

Almost immediately our server Chase made it clear he’d rather be anywhere else than serving us, when he answered my “hi how are you?” with “tired. It’s been a long day.” It then took us three times asking for our drinks, while looking at the bartender standing right in front of us texting on his phone, for us to get our drinks. They were out of basic things like yellow mustard (but had Dijon which is random and more expensive), no avocados, no salt and pepper on the tables, my beyond burger came with nothing. I had to add LTO a la carte. They had few vegan options but then nothing vegan to go with it. Why make cauliflower wings and serve it with blue cheese or ranch? If I’m order cauliflower wings vs meat wings, chances are I have dietary restrictions. Accommodate your customers. All throughout Chase continue to seem extremely annoyed he was even there. At the end we looked at our bill and Chase had added 20% gratuity…for a party of 2. I’ve never been anywhere where gratuity is automatically added, at 20%, for a party of 2. So when we questioned it he immediately got defensive, told us that it’s automatic at each table (which is an egregious policy and the owner is clearly taking advantage of what few customers they have) and then got flip when we said that they didn’t even have a full kitchen. He rudely, responded “what else besides yellow mustard did we not have?!” Try all the other things I asked for Chase! And as we continued to try to discuss it he walked off. There was also a man painting over the wall paintings which hung closely to the tables, some which were occupied, which isn’t something that should be done while paying customers are dining. The place is in a decor identity crisis and the staff was rude and uninterested in their jobs (except one young lady who seemed to be working hard). At least the food was decent.
