Omg! Whether you’re going for a run or just want a quick bite to eat.. This place is literally a hidden gem! I’m not exactly sure how I’ve never been here lol I went with my boyfriend during my lunch break & I have to say it’s amazing! We got the chili, Caesar salad, tuna wrap, and house made Turkey wrap with macaroni salad & chips! Whoa! 5/5 forsure! Now this is not really a high end restaurant but the service & atmosphere is outstanding as if! I love the fact that the owner works shifts here as well. You would never know because everyone treats the customers extremely nice. I’ll definitely be back? in the meantime, you have to try for yourself! They have both outdoor & indoor seating as well.
Love this place. Call once a week, at least. Meatball or Italian sometimes, but my go-to is the chicken tender platter. 2 meals for 1 person. Great soda collection. Once the staff offered a suggestion halfway through my sandwich's prep, just a little wisdom for me, which of course I accepted and was glad with. Just pro's pros in there. My home field.
Love Cosmi's Deli. One of best hoagies in Philadelphia. Get the seeded roll. It's delicious! Owner Mike Seccia is a great guy. Everything's good: steaks, chicken, tuna, cheese cake. Just go. Highly recommended.
Best cheesesteak I’ve had in Philly. Massive and fresh and packed to the brim with goodness. It’s funny because this place is right down the street from Pat’s and Geno’s but it towers over both of them when it comes to the cheesesteak quality. Friendly owners too.
Wow first timers!!I highly recommend the Veggie subs they were so delicious. I wish I could’ve ordered another for the ride home. The guys were so nice and knowledgeable.
My son-in-law and I came up from DC and dropped in and bought 3 of your cheesesteaks (the trio). Just want to tell you they were FANTASTIC! And you guys were so hospitable to us (and regaled us with the history of your place - there’s a reason Cosmi’s been in business since 1932) Thank you!
Being a Philly native the cheesesteak is one of the staple foods of the city. This authentic south philly shop provides a delicious insight into the world of cheesesteaks. I love the toppings and the hoagies are also pretty great. If looking for a good bite to eat I would totally recommend.
Classic old school Philly deli. Extremely friendly staff. Cheesesteak was dynamite and the Italian was solid, great flavor!! A+++
Such great customer service. I had made an error and didn’t tell them I wanted a fried egg on my sandwich instead and they were so accommodating. They made a new one for me. I offered to pay for it but they said not to worry about that. They didn’t have an item I ordered so they included a drink free of charge. Their food is beyond delicious and the customer service is outstanding. Thank u so much ❤️ So glad that I live only a block away!!!!
Cosmi's Deli stands out as one of the few remaining south philly delis putting out great sandwiches. The godfather and chicken cutlet lagasse are two standout sandwiches, highly recommended as a takeout option.
