Excellent service and food

Food was great and service was fantastic. Food prices were super high for lunch, as in other places, so I would only go once in a while as opposed to regularly.
My friend and I dined at Con Murphy after visiting the Franklin Institute. We highly recommend the grouper bites for a starter. The shepherds pie and fish and chips was excellent. Key Lime pie was delicious, as well as the crème brí»lée. Of course the Irish beers were a must! Smithwicks, Guinness and Harp are all on tap!
Went with my husband and daughter for dinner as the restaurant was near our hotel. Food was decent, service was decent, but nothing to write home about.
My husband and I were in Philly for the 3 and 4th of July. We ate dinner on the 3rd and we enjoyed it. The price was reasonable too. We went back on the 4th and it was of course more busy right before the fireworks. I told my husband that we would be fine because the Con was crowded. I walked right in, spoke to the hostess and she took us right to our seats. Yes, it pays to have reservations!! -lol. I advise you to make yours no matter what-lol. Enjoy.
Above average pub food, decent selection of beers. Showed up 2 hours before reservation and they were super friendly and accommodating.
We ordered the Grouper Fish Tacos and the Cheese Steak Egg Rolls. Both were absolutely DELICIOUS.. I also ordered the Peach Mule. I would of liked to give this place 5 stars but our waitress was not very friendly. I can't even say what her name was because she didnt even introduce herself. Hopefully we will have better service next time but as far as the drinks and food.. EXCELLENT..

I stopped in here for dinner while at a convention so I could avoid eating at the hotel, and I'm so glad I did! The staff was welcoming and very friendly, but I especially want to call out Aisling for providing excellent service and bringing me possibly the tastiest mac and cheese I've ever had (with the short rib). Thanks for making my night extra special!
