This cheesecake ice cream cake was a huge hit. Every piece got eaten! I was soHappy with it and the service from cold stone. The girl who took my order was friendly and knowledgeable. She made it very smooth for me to just come pick up this cake because I explained I would be in a hurry. I walked right up and grabbed the cake! Super pleased!

They had me waiting in line for almost an hour By pass me at least three times And I am almost positive It is because the color of my skin
I'm a bit disappointed with Cold Stone Creamery & their service. Especially when your paying almost $16.00 + $3.00 tip for two Warm Brownie Ice Cream with caramel, pecan, & tons of Whipped Cream. Can I just say, literally half of scope of sweet cream ice cream and covered up with tons of whipped cream. Yuck! My daughter & I left more than half of the dessert. Hmmm, next time I'll spend my money at Rita's. I'm a firm believer if I would have complaint & gave it back for another. Ppl are spiteful & something "special" would have been added!!! Learn my lesson, spend my money somewhere else!!!
You can go in store, but order from outside and pay, due to covod but the service was friendly and quick.....
Ice cream was half-melted when I picked up while I literally waited outside and got it right after they made it ? They also forgot my sugar cone so I had to return and ask for one.
Great place for ice cream but they are currently not allowing customers inside. Its best to order & pay online & then go to pick it up. That's what we will do next time. The wait in line without doing so could be time consuming.
With the restrictions of this store due to the pandemic I will not go back to this store until the removal of all restrictions. Made the process very long and unorgainizied.
I always go for gotta have it for mostly founder's favorite ice cream. My husband like chocolate devotion. My mom is very much in to Strawberry blonde. it is a family ice cream place.
