Love the pizza. Never had a problem until I asked for a cheese steak hoagie.. but all I got was a cheese steak and they offered to add the makings if I came back. Then offered to replace it but would charge me to deliver it. I just said never mind.. I couldn't eat the fries .. I notice it was a different cook. Fries were nasty grease need a change of oil.
Very poor service made sure I told what kind of salad..Even checked at the end of call to ensure I get the right salad..Plus paid delivery & the still delivered the wrong salad...The kicker was when I called Back to inform that they delivered the wrong..They said that THE RIGHT ORDER IF I CAN IN TO GET IT......HOW FN RUDE CAN A PLACE BE SO IGNORANT & RUDE TO TREAT UR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT.....PLEASE REFUSE TO PURCHASE FROM THESE FOLKS. THAT WAS CHEAP & PETTY OF THIS PLACE POOR POOR PLACE WITH SUPAR FOOD
Be careful ordering delivery with your credit card as the owner has unethical business practices of not disclosing debit/credit card fees and fraudulently writing in tips after customer’s sign invoices.Oh, and the pizza sometimes arrives old and burnt with green spots and the owner and his wife are rude and apathetic to customer concerns.As someone who once ordered multiple times a week, I’ll eat Eliio’s before patronizing this business ever again.
Very, very, very rude. I ordered a large cheese pizza & buffalo wings. The deliveryman shows up empty handed after a 55min wait. I only live 5min away...Tells me he needs to go back to the restaurant to get your order... Confused I called the store. A lady answered explaining that the driver gave my food to someone else and they were remaking the whole orderover again. I asked do you know how long it will be before I recieved that order, she said ni more than 10 min. Well it actually took them 45min to get the order back out to me. As soon as I get the order I open the pizaa box and the pizza looks frozen almost.I called and they claimed that they only had to remake the wings and not the pizza. Which means the driver actually had my pizza in his car the whole time. I asked for this situation to be rectified and was told no You have both items now right. After a few back and forth words I realized I wasnt get any where and I just proclaimed that I would never order from this place ever again. $28 in the trash because how do I know that they didnt go back and retrieve my food from the other persons house....Never again...
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The pizza is cold, and has a weird smell to it. The cheese looks and taste like lunch meat cheese melted on top. The workers are rude. Don’t order from this place. This was supposed to be well done, but instead it’s under cooked and saggy.
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, when the delivery came I end up with a half cheese and ground beef pizza instead. I called the delivery guy back telling from I got the wrong pizza he told okay I’ll send another one out too you an hour pass by I called the store and the store didn’t hear back from the delivery guy. My first and last time ordering from here and I’m still waiting for my order
The food has really declined. I actually use to enjoy this place. But now everything is rushed, cold and just plan doesn’t taste good. This is the third time I had to recook my food. Why should I have to put it back in the oven?? And if you mention it, staff will get rude. I’m done with this place. If anyone has any recommendations for good pizza places close by here please let me know.
This place will bring your food in five minutes but everything will be under cooked and cold. I ordered a spinach pizza and it was far from good. It was mushy and undone. Will not be coming back here.
My first time ordering from here and I had to send the food back because the chicken was burnt The person I spoke to had great Customer service skills however the driver called me and did not want to deliver my food he said it was too far because the manager had remade my order and the manager was very niceAnd understanding however the driver set my food back all messy he called my phone ask him questions he should have never asked at this point I’m not eating the food that was real redeliver itThis was my first time ordering from there I won’t be ordering again due to the bad customer service skills of the delivery driver however my daughter did like the cheesesteak so with that being said if I could give you a zero I would.
Only the white girl knows the real prices to everything otherwise they overcharge. Food is great 4 star but customer service is 1 star.
