Great Chinese restaurant that makes unique dishes. I came here twice now and have really liked some foods and not others. The restaurant has a small parking lot that gets filled up during busy hours. But there is street parking around. This place seems to be very popular for take out, and their serving sizes for take out are huge.Crispy Spring Rolls (8/10): Decent Spring rolls. Nothing specialSpicy Rice Vermicelli Singapore Style (6/10): I wasn’t the biggest fan of these. I got them a little late though so they were a bit cold. I just found the dish to be blandGeneral Tso’s Chicken (7/10): Hm, different take on General Tso’s as it was different. It tasted a bit healthier, maybe. I think it was decent, but not something I’d get again. The portion was huge.Chicken wings with Angry Sauce (9/10): Delicious. The wings are very crispy and the sauce was a sweeter tasting sauce. It said it was supposed to be spicy, but I didn’t taste spice. I liked it a lot though.Szechuan Sesame Chicken (10/10): I liked this a lot as it was a different mix on sesame chicken. And it definitely tasted healthier. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The sauce was a peanut butter sauce, but it matched the dish very well. I liked the dish a lot and would get it again.Overall, good restaurant. Nice location and great place to get some take out. I would definitely try this restaurant out and would recommend to all.
This use to be one of my favorite spots - but today was horrible made reservations for 730 but they wrote it done as 7 for there 720p they gave away my table and kept me waiting for another table while the table I originally reserved was open for an 8p reservations. The logic is that another table is clearing up soon. Since it was a mistake with acheduleing y not sit me and give the next table to the 8pm reservations. Highly disappointed
had dinner there last night. the lone star is for the very nice staff that served us. the food was TERRIBLE! we had the pizza which was the special of the night. menu says thin crispy crust. hard to tell how thin it was because the crust was undercooked soggy. worst excuse for a pizza crust ever. the word crust is a total stretch. the toppings that we had were so skimpy it was almost laughable. when you pay 3.50 for mushrooms and are lucky to get one small piece of a mushroom on a slice and you got one or two thin 1 inch slices of onion per slice, well, got the picture? absolutey will never go back there again.we were there two other times and i had the lasagna. first time, excellent. last year, awful. tons of cheese and sauce and the wonderful use of fresh herbs that made flavors pop the first time were either not there or completely hidden by the sauce and cheese gobs.never ever again
I went for a small team lunch for work and I had the Pad Thai with Shrimp, Pork Dumplings and Cheesesteak Egg Rolls. The service was great, the restaurant looked clean and the food was delicious. I’m not very local so I have been trying to find restaurants near me that are equally as delicious but have been unsuccessful. Just this week I went searching for cheesesteak egg rolls and pad thai and I’m so disappointed that I just want CinCin even more. I will be going back soon and I can’t wait to take my partner to experience the food.
The food amazing, we had a late dinner and were the last ones to come in and service was still fantastic. The duck was very good. Truly a special place
We ordered a selection of appetizers along with one each of the hot and sour and egg drop soups. All of the food was extremely bland. The hot and sour soup was the least flavorful incarnation of that dish I have ever eaten. If you want Chinese food I would recommend one of the many small takeout shops in the area instead.
My husband, myself, and my good friend just returned from dinner at Cin Cin. It was my husband’s birthday and the waiter, Kevin, must have overheard me saying that as we were giving our order. The ambiance of this Chestnut Hill restaurant was lovely- soft music and lighting, white tablecloths, and a quaint, intimate atmosphere. The menu was detailed, but not overwhelming. The dishes served were delicious. We were pleasantly surprised when waiter Kevin came out with a beautifully plated piece of chocolate ice cream cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries for my husband David - and he sang Happy Birthday to him! How kind!Overall, we had an excellent dining experience at Cin Cin this evening, and waiter Kevin was so polite and attentive! We will be back soon!
I wish I had photos to share but the way the food looked when I took it out the bag was so incredibly delicious that I devoured it before I can get a picture!!! The smell, the freshness, the packaging … everything was perfect !!!!
Thank you Cin Cin for always making us feel welcome and loved. Food quality is always top notch and service is the best! We love spending time there and feel like family! Been going for over 25 years and will keep coming back! Love this place!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Enjoyed a dinner for four that came with excellent service by the waiter. Barbecue Spare Ribs, Mongolian Beef, Shrimp and Scallops, Chicken Wings were all excellently prepared and served in a clean and tastefully appointed dining room..
