I was so delighted for my child and me to attend. This was the first chuck E cheese experience. A lot has changed since, I was a kid but it looked wonderful. So many different games. The tables were clean enough, the trash can area was not clean at all. And where you pick up the food wasnt to inviting. But the place was still okay with me. My problem was with 1 female staff member. She's not pleasant At all?no smiles, No welcome. When we walked in you can tell she didn't want to be there.she kept sitting down until someone walked up to order something. So you know at that time it was only 6 of us total in the place. She was on her phone, then charging it On the seat. You had to walk to her being seated to ask for help. When you asked for her assistance it was like you were inconveniencing her. She didn't speak to you, face frowned the whole time. My toddler asked why she was sad? I think a children's event, shouldn't be for her. She put a scowl on my Child's experience and mine as well.
We had my granddaughter birthday party at Chucky Cheese, everything was organised and on time. The kids enjoyed themselves
The reason I visit chucke cheese to take my grand children but it’s too expensive to operate to put money on the cards and the food personal size pizza for 20dollars with kids order chicken nugget and fries for 35 dollars at the same time at McDonald’s I can feed my two grand kids for 16 dollars never buying food from your place again thanks
Took my great nieces and nephew. We all had a good time. Love the cheesy sticks. The prizes for the accumulated tickets are trash though.
absolute terrible one of the animatronic literally ate my child and the staff whoever the guy was tried to stuff my child into a suit and there was like 3 bullies, the bullies tried put a kid into a robots mouth!
The facility is usually clean and the food is good and presentable. The staff could be a little more customer service friendly since there are kids. They all looked annoyed to be there lol
Had an AMAZING time. The customer service was excellent. The food was good. Will definitely be coming back.

I had my granddaughters birthday party there and she had so much fun, it was her first time and loved it, I really recommend it even if it's to go and have fun with your kids !!
Always a great place to take your children. Chucky was actually there my first time ever seeing him including my daughter was her first time too
